Review: I have ordered a 100g gold bar from this company . made full payment by bank transfer

on [redacted] feb [redacted]to an account called AU TRADING EUROPE LTD as per their invoice.

delivery was promised overnight .

despite several correspondence/ calls that have not been returned , goods have not been received

today [redacted] /**/2014

e company asking for bank details to refund money received despite that prices increased by approx. $120 , no reason given .

and despite fact that they had bank details all through out.

I feel this a delay tactic and they have no intention of sending goods or refunding money .

can you assist??

Review: This american company AuTrading is doing business in europe now. I'm european from inside European Union, they claim on their website they sent all packages from inside EU, and that they deliver in 7 business days, 21 business days if the product it's not in stock, well in first place they never told the product was out of stock, anyway the product arrived at my local post office only 29 business days after they ship it (not right after paid)! So the product came from Switzerland, switzerlend it's not from inside European Union, so my customs wanted me to pay some big amount of money, so I didn't went pickup the product, and naturally the product was sent back. Now more than 3 months after, they don't want to give my money back. They claim they didn't receive the product back, anyway that's not my problem because I never touch it, so it should be sent back by their own courrier or post services. Anyway it's clearly stated on protuguese post office website that the package from my order [redacted] with tracking number [redacted] was sent back to sender by the portuguese post, and you can see that on their website: [redacted] after you input the tracking code. So I would like to get my money back please, more than 3 months and they don't reply to my emails. Can you help me? Thank you, [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

[redacted]s order was dispatched to him and refused by him. The items have not been returned to our office and an ongoing investigation is being conducted.

- Should the items be returned to our offices we will be providing [redacted] with a refund.

- As per our terms and conditions, refusing a shipment is at the buyer's risk. [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions when placing his order.

We have initiated a postal investigation and have not yet received a conclusion regarding this.

At the moment the parcel is still missing.

The client has not read our terms and conditions which clearly state that our company insurance does not cover shipments that are refused by the recipient.

This is outlined under 'Section 5 - Delivery' of our terms and conditions which can be found here: http[redacted].

This customer refused the shipment due to an incorrect VAT charge by his local customs office. This should have been addressed with customs directly rather then refusing the shipment.

We do not guarantee dispatch from within the EU as this client claims.

Finally - this does not fall under the jurisdiction of New York, as the company is in London, UK and the customer is in Portugal.

After months of waiting, rude atitude and bad behaviour, not professional customer service, and after a few complaints on few places then they finally resolved my problem. I still loss time and money dealing with all this situation. This company is a NO NO. I hope Revdex.com let people know this company is not good for business. Thanks Revdex.com for your help.
