Resident problem has been taken care of, we did everything on our part from checking and trouble shooting the ac unit outside, checking and trouble shooting the air handler unit inside, cleaning the condenser coils and furnace coils, I had the ac ventilation cleaned as well for my resident, All my
guys are ac certified but on top of that I called a company called Service First just to make sure they would double check the whole system and make sure it was operating at 100%, they advised us to change out the air handler unit inside apt, so I ordered it and replace it as wellCondensing unit outside is good and in excellent shape, since weve done this , resident has not came back and said that unit is not cooling any moreI did try to explain to her as well, those days she was coming in and telling us about her apt being hot, it was over degrees outside and all ac units are working hard cuz of the heat outside, I had several residents tell me the same thing about it being hot in there apt but they understood temperatures and then some so of these apartments are right above the sun, there is no trees so its directly hitting the bldgOver all she has been taken care ofWe just spoke to her this morning, attached are invoices on money that weve spent extra to get all this corrected for resident
