Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They came to the home yesterday and drilled holes in the french drain which will offer some relief, but they also told me that [redacted] was going to give me a call back to discuss options on making sure this situation doesn't happen again When I spoke to him yesterday morning he said we would need to move where my roof drains and I am paying one of his guys to do that this weekend but it still doesn't fix the problem that the french drain cannot handle the water that comes at it when we get these big river storms I had requested a front sump pump to resolve the issue and/or something that could handle the overflow when the water starts pouring in I have taken a decent amount of damage and had loss of personal effects due to the last two floods, and i'd like it to stop The company name says waterproofing, not maybe waterproofed Regards, [redacted]

TOO THE Revdex.com , WE OF COURSE WOULD NOT LIKE THIS LOGED AS A COMPLAINT ! IT IS TRUE VULCAN TOOK TOO LONG TO GET TO OUR COUSTOMERS HOME ! WE ARE FORMING A PLAN ! EVEN THOUGH PART OF THE PROBLEM IS A DRIVEWAY DRAIN THAT VULCAN HAS NO CONTROLL OVER AND AT TIMES IT CAN NOT HANDLE THE VOLLUME WE EXPECTED IT TOO ! VULCAN WILL INSTALL A 2ND SUMP PUMP AT NO CHARGE !
