In response to the complaint ID of *** submitted on 12/22/ I will begin with the Lease agreement is with *** *** and Auburn Creek. With that said- we have had several conversation with a *** claiming to be *** and we feel he is a unauthorized occupant.
These conversations include: service request, incidents and collections. These conversations were taken place before we had knowledge this was *** When *** moved in it was explained that the Counters were scheduled for the same day and we both agreed the fumes would be to strong so they were scheduled with him the same week for resurfacing. Maintenance was sent to ***'s apt after move in inventory was submitted and then again when he claimed rent would be paid after all items were repairedOn the last service request submitted ***'s key was broken in the front door, I assisted maintenance and when arriving to the apt only *** was present. At that point we waited for a few minutes for *** and then explained that he is not on the lease and we could not open the door for him. I do not have any Service Requests at this time for his aptThe apt has been treated for roaches in the past but we have added *** to the schedule for pest control dated for 1/7/ The conversations about crime were with ***, I explained these are unauthorized people and we will do our best to find with who they are staying. The incident involving shots were isolated for one unit and after speaking with that resident they were asked to leave but have not. They are under eviction process. Auburn Creek has also acquired a Courtesy Patrol since then When the electricity was turned off, we have received different reasons for not being able to pay the balance owedOne issue was with his account and then the other being his toe. *** met Katy and Kylie on the way out after closing hours stating they were going to make a payment but was not madeThis has been a ongoing issue since the time of move inCurrent balance owed to date is $ Please let me know if anything else is needed Best Regards, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I informed the leasing agent at the time when signing my agreement that my brother would be calling on my behalf as this is the first apartment I have held*** doesn't reside there and has made valid argumentsThere is still drug trafficking as well as people living out of the vacant apartmentsManagement hasn't cleaned up the issue the property still remains unsafe.

Complaint: [redacted]   [redacted] is the only one who can act on behalf of the lease contract, If anyone else has guaranteed performance of lease, a separate Lease Contract Guaranty must be executed. We have and continue to take request from [redacted].   As stated before, Auburn Creek has acquired a Courtesy Patrol that does daily patrols and disturbance complaints.  The unit in question (3O) has been filed eviction on [redacted] and we were awarded Judgement 1/14/2015.  If resident fails to leave in 5 days we then file a writ of position.  The Writ was filed 1/21/15, now a Bexar County Constable will be out to physically move the resident out and issues tress-pass warnings.        [redacted]
