Auburn Dermatology & Laser Ctr

I received a bill for my daughters service and paid. I received a second bill for the same service so I called to see why and was then told the insurance covered it, I should not have had to pay for the first bill and I am all set with this bill. I was also told if my check I sent had cleared they would issue me a refund. After 2 months and several phone calls I still have not received the check.[redacted] Dermatology is closing their Fall River office as of April 11, 2014. There other office is [redacted]Desired SettlementMy refund would be $100.Business Response On Friday April 18, 2014 I was working physically in the Auburn Dermatology office on [redacted] St in [redacted].... I mailed a check for [redacted] on Saturday morning April 20 and asked Mrs [redacted] to wait until next Wednesday the 23rd.. If she did not receive her check by then to call.. I gave her my personal cell phone to make sure she got to me .... We did her a favor by billing her insurance for her...She should be receiving her check by this Wednesday....
