us updates each week with how many hours she had spent on our project, which she failed to doI have been a criminal investigator for more than years and I am quite confident she has not been truthful in several waysI also want to point out that this person was someone we thought was a friendShe now alleges she paid two women $in advance to look for furniture for us, yet the photos she sent us are photos that came from online sites of consignment storesWe failed to her anything from her for several days just before we were scheduled to move into our homeOn Sunday, April 19th I sent her an email telling her we could not wait for prices or her to find the furniture, since we would be moving into our home on Thursday23rdOddly enough, it was after I sent her the notice we would not need her services anymore that she sent a price on a piece of furniture to us the next morningDespite her alleging the furniture she located was just a few miles from our home, she never told us that information or gave us an opportunity to see in person the furniture.
I have no doubt she never paid two women the $to shop for her and I am fairly certain she only sent the prices to us after receiving my note advising her we were firing her for lack of production.

This retainer is non refundable and non transferable. Auburn Design Associates, Incis to provide furniture placement and selections of furniture/furnishings for the following rooms: Foyer, Dining, Great Room, Kitchen Counter chairs, Breakfast Room, and Keeping Room Sketches are to be included for window treatments for those areas of the house Client is to be given allied professional pricing at designer’s cost and is to pay vendor direct Auburn Design Associates, Incis paid to place existing furniture/furnishings as needed in the new residence with new pieces to be purchased Auburn Design Assoc., Inc., is to keep track of design/procurement hours upon receipt of retainer and sent to client weekly All materials and labor to deliver and install furniture/furnishings is to be paid by client direct for delivery and common labor
