In her response; she only reiterates what we have already established Auburn Discount Auto went above and beyond to satisfy our customer and the owner even called her and told her to come in or call and we will try to put a resolution in place that will make her happy There was no response to the phone call and to this day the customer has not been denied proper service or been turned away The contract signed by the customer was negotiated between her and Auburn Discount Auto and Auburn Discount Auto has made every reasonable effort to satisfy this issue

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: They would only agree to fixing this truck in the first place if I would sign the purchase agreementIn doing so, they told me it needed a clutch that that is why the clutch sporadically would stick to the ground, that a new clutch would indeed fix the problem but instead of just charging 3,they would have to charge me 3,So I agreedLet me remind you that I am paying % interest on this loan on a toyota 4xpickup v-with 313,miles on itThey already had the truck four different times and a total of weeksThey concluded that I needed to take it myself to their mechanic and take it up with him why the clutch he put in did not fix the problemAlso, I gave them down on the truck that they were not going to fix unless I signed that contractI have since had my own mechanic fix the master and slave cylinder which was apparently the problem the whole timeSo I have paid for this problem to be fixed twice, been out my truck for a month and am paying 29.99% interest on the loanso frankly I know I would never deal with this dealership again and and I do not want anyone else to go through what I went throughSo basically they had their chance to fix the problem they chose to blow me offI am taking this oneGive them a bad mark because I do not believe they will able to satisfy me at this point in time thank you.Sincerely,*** ***

By far the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase
If you have been scammed by Auburn Discount Auto Sales I highly recommend filing complaints to the Attorney General's Office, Revdex.com, all rating websites/apps, talking to the consumer fraud department at your bank if the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, and meeting with a Lemon Law lawyer (many have free consultations)

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because, when my friend [redacted] and I initially test drove the vehicle on March, 4,2015 the clutch did the same thing it does to this day stick to the floor periodically. It sticks to the point where you actually have to pull up on it with your foot. When I returned the truck from the test drive Phil said it just needs a clutch. They said they would get it fixed. Around march,10,I called to see if the truck had been fixed, that's when they informed me that I would have to agree to buy it from them by signing the agreement papers and giving them a total down payment of 1800 then it would be sent to their mechanic to have the clutch replaced which would indeed stop the pedal from sticking to the floor. So on 3/12/15 my Saturn broke down and I hadn't a ride to work. They had called several times to see if I would agree to the terms. On 3/16/15 Phil called I told him that I needed the truck tomorrow , he said well if you want while its being fixed we would give you a loaner. I said oh you will? I will be in I gave them 1100 and signed papers with the agreement that on 3/20/15 (payday) I would give them the other 700.00 as I picked up the truck. On 3/21/15 My cousin [redacted] and I paid the 700 and picked up the truck. We drove it approximately 25 miles and the clutch stuck to the floor, killed the motor I re pumped it and the clutch released. I called Fernando on 3/22/15 and told him it was still sticking to the floor. He told me they didn't open till 9 am I responded I needed to be in Kent by 6:30 am and downtown Seattle by 8 am. He told me he would leave the keys to the loaner car I had used while the truck was in shop in another vehicle on the lot so I could Pick it up before hours. Then on 3,23,15 I dropped off truck got loaner vehicle again. on 3/27/15 I picked up truck again now I have people honking at me telling me I have no brake lights. so once again we trade off cars I tell them there is no brake lights now and the clutch still is not right. I try to back out by telling them I don't want to buy a problem I have enough. They call tell me my truck is ready pickup on 4/9/15 I ask them if they have driven it around to see if the problem was fixed. They say yes. I pick up truck again 4/10/15. I call on 4/12/15 and tell them that it still is sticking. They tell me to bring it again. I am a painter and I bought this truck for a work truck so I can get paint on it, haul paint, ect. The loaner vehicle I had to change clothes, plastic off seats, put down drops to haul any tools or products I needed for my job. Not to mention detail the loaner vehicle at a pay car wash every time we traded. So after having purchased (3/16/15) the truck almost 1 month prior and only have had it for 3 days total On and off and not even on a weekday for work. I have noticed that the mechanic has cut the "cancel clutch start" button and rewired it so it actually lights up when you push it yet fails to actually cancel the clutch which I know had previously worked when I test drove it, that was the only way I had gotten it back to the dealer when the clutch stuck the first time. So I didn't bring the truck back. It was obvious that the mechanic wasn't someone I wanted working on my vehicle. On 4/20/15 after I make my first payment on the truck I go to pick up my plates from the dealer. I said, look Phil told me all it needed was a clutch, I took his word, signed to the truck and it ends up not fixing the problem that Phil had diagnosed himself on his test drive. I told Fernando it was both our faults and that I would split the 900 I paid extra for the clutch to be fixed. Asked for 450 off total. The total would be 3,45o instead of 3,900. He gave me the phone number to the mechanic the truck had went to. I took truck to the mechanic he told me he knew what the problem was. That auburn discount auto had only ordered a clutch to be replaced. Not the truck being diagnosed and fixed properly and that for $150 more he would change the master cylinder for me but not right then. To this day the clutch still sticks to the floor and I then have to pull it up with my foot double pump the clutch and she is good to go. The problem is the same as it was from day one only I have learned how to drive it. Sincerely, [redacted]
