I am writing in response to your correspondence dated 4/16/with an ID of [redacted] .To address the issue of the autopay status on the account, I reviewed the payment historyand the account has not been on autopay since 4/29/See the attached roompayment history detail.In spite of the account not being on autopay and accruing late fees routinely since thatdate, we continued to provide the customer a 10% monthly discount as though theaccount were paid automatically on timeIt appears Mr [redacted] may have confused theautopay discount he continued to receive with actually being on automatic payment.Nonetheless, nine payments were manually received in person, via web or over the phonesince April 2015.As for the electronic payment access, I do apologize that Mr [redacted] was frustrated withthe systemPlease know we have hundreds of tenants who utilize the online system tomake their monthly payments without incidentIf Mr [redacted] desires, we can reset hislogin credentials upon request.After investigating this matter we consider the issue resolved Sincerely,Bryan V [redacted] Auburn Express Storage (253) 435- ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
