I spoke with clerk who remembered this individual coming to the lot to retrieve vehicle When he claimed damages while on the lot, he was asked to pull up to the front of the building and come back into the office so we could document and his claim and take pictures of what damages he
was claiming This individual chose not stop and come back to the office or file a report and drove away and off the property He has now called back to the office claiming damage but we have not seen any documentation or pictures from him as to what damage he is saying was done while towing or if this is the same damage he wanted to claim initially There will be no refund or payment to this individual

The only way I can look this up is to have the specific type of vehicle, the date the vehicle was towed and the name of the property where the vehicle was towed from as well as the name of the person who picked up the vehicle I do not find a recent impound ticket for anyone by this name
having been towed However, when a vehicle is towed and impounded for being illegally parked on private property, it is because the parking rules and regulations set by that property were not obeyed No one is every happy about having their vehicle impounded When someone doesn't obey the rules it is much easier to blame the towing company than the one who actually parked the vehicle who did not follow the parking rules This is a college town with many apartment complexes and all of the complexes we have a Towing Contract with have strict rules that must be followed If you are a resident you should know the rules and if you are a visitor it is your place to check with the resident as to where you should or should not park and the proper permit required Our lot also has only one physical location There is no other lot "down the road." This vehicle would have been towed in accordance with the Parking Rules of the Property, and Chapter Article of the Code of the City of Auburn and therefore there will be no refund in this matterThank you very much
He was asked to stay so that we could follow proper procedure and document his damage claim before leaving the property. Once an individual leaves the property before we can document his claim there is no way to know if what he is claiming was there or happened at a later date. Our address is [redacted] and our email address is [redacted] if this individual would like to send us his documentation of what damage he is claiming.
Had a guest parking pass to park at Eagle South apts. All the designated guest parking spots were full so I parked as close as I could to one. They towed my car.
They originally stated that it was because I was a visitor w/o permit! Then I told them I had a permit and it was completely visible on my rearview mirror. They then scratched that out on my paper work and put not in visitors parking!
When I told them that I tried to get as close as possible they turned extremely rude with ZERO remorse.
I understand you have to enforce rules. GOT IT! I'm military I understand, but to be unprofessional on the phone about it is ridiculous and uncalled for.
