Auburn Imports, owner Ross Jackson. I have trusted this business for nearly two decades. Never had anything but excellent service and trust in repair by the business and his employees. Ross runs a great shop.

Ross is an excellent mechanic! Auburn Imports is the best!! Ross is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, trustworthy, honest, generous, prompt, detail oriented, can explain technical problems to nonmechanics so we can understand, very reasonably priced (sometimes hasn't even charged me for minor services!), friendly, flexible, and always goes the extra mile. Everyone I've referred to him loves him. One friend who moved away now drives all the way from Carson City to have him work on her car. We don't trust anyone else!

[redacted] is the best mechanic that I've ever met. He has integrity, great customer service, quick repairs, and an amazing ability to diagnose and repair just about anything a car might need. I was a mechanic for ten years before my back went out, and after a few shops and jotty repairs, I found Auburn Imports, and as a former guy who's wrenched, he is the only one I'll let work on my vehicles. I've done my best to put out the word of mouth to all people in need of service, and every one has been staggeringly impressed. He and his assistant [redacted] are honestly the best all service mechanics in the Auburn area, or even Placer County.
