Review: We took our boat in for repairs, they said it would take 2-3 weeks. After a month we finally called them to see what was wrong with the boat. The owner himself said that he started it right up and there's nothing wrong with it. Never got a call that he even looked at it. A week after that, I called on my husbands behalf to find out what is wrong with the boat and when we can get it back. He immediately started yelling at me saying that he doesn't have to tell me ANYTHING about my boat, and to come pick it up. I asked if he was the mechanic, he said yes. So I asked again, since he's the mechanic, why can't he tell me what the problem was with our boat? He said he doesn't have to discuss anything with me and yelled at me so much I was shaking and crying. This man has the rudest, meanest, most heartless attitude I have ever witnessed in my life. Needless to say we are refusing to pay them a dime and we will never go back.Desired Settlement: This is for informational purposes for everyone to see how to NOT run a business, and I urge everyone not to do business with this horrible human being.

I am rejecting this response because: It was not due to the fact that we were unhappy with the estimate, there was no estimate. We called to see what was wrong with the boat and the owner refused to give any information as to what was wrong with it, weeks after it was supposed to be done. He claimed that he did not have to explain or tell us anything of what he discovered on the boat, yelling at us, being extremely rude, offensive and unprofessional, and to come get the boat. No money was exchanged, we refused to pay, and the business agreed that no money should be exchanged due to the way we were treated.
