I have iPhone 7. My phone screen was cracked, but it was functional. I went to this shop on either on 1/28/2020 to get a new screen. The owner replaced the screen and I also asked for tampered glass. Total was close to 85$ and I paid it. In few days, I have noticed that the icons on one side of the phone were not working at all. So I took the phone back to him, instead of troubleshooting, he blamed me for having another crack on the screen. That crack was so little that it was hard to see. I did not drop my phone to get a crack and also it had tampered glass on it too. He basically didn't honor his word to take a loot, on the contrary he yelled and was rude. So now my phone is not functioning at all. I demand the refund back from this guy because he ripped me off. His customer service was super bad.

I wish to explain about the details of our customer complaint Ms. ***, she visited our store on Jan 27th 2020 to get her iPhone 7 screen fixed, we fixed her screen on the same day, she tested her phone and was happy with the screen replacement.She came back on to the store on Feb 05th after a week and telling us that screen is not working again, When we saw the phone there was a hairline crack and we told her that she had cracked the screen,therefore it’s not working, she then said that you guys did not replace my screen in the first place, so I fix it, we explained her it is cracked and we don’t cover any physical broken screen warranty. We still offered her a discount, but she did not agree and told us to fix it for free for her. She became rude and started shouting that you guys are cheaters and have extremely bad customer service and threatened us, if we don’t fix it for free, she will leave bad reviews for us everywhere. After her rude reaction we refused service to her.So as always keeping in mind our customers satisfaction we explained her politely that if it we had not replaced her screen and given her phone back to her without repair why did she pay us and took her phone after testing on the day it was repaired? We do have video surveillance recording that she tested the phone before paying us, we can provide if needed. Customer Service has always been our top priority and we always do our best for each and every of our customer to leave our store happy and satisfied. But some customers are difficult to handle.I look forward for you to understand our situation, as screens are easy to break and customers wants to take advantage of a situation if they can. I am rejecting this response because:The owner is lying. He did not offer to fix it for free. Secondly, there was no hairline crack. I took the phone to apple store afterwards for screen replacement. The Apple mechanic did verify that there is no crack on the screen and there was no physical damage ( please see attachment). Under Problem description/diagnosis ,Cosmetic condition- no damage noted.Apple replaced my screen, and there is no issue anymore.

The owner refused to troubleshoot it , on the basis of hairline crack and blamed me that I am lying. The owner did not offer that he will do it for free. He was very rude. I want full refund as he did not perform the service correctly, when confronted he refused to help. I could have gone to Apple earlier, instead of the third part store.

it was broken and there was cracked and I showed her , I have video recording that she accept it and asking to fix it for free . If she said there was no cracked on the screen so she have the old screen as prove also apply store always return the broken or old parts to customers, so keep it for evidence and provide us or Revdex.com .

I am rejecting this response because: I do not have the original screen, as Apple does not return it. For more information, I have attached the Apple response (apple 2 on their policy). As on the crack issue, Apple has verified that there was no physical damage as I have provided earlier (sending it again apple.pdf) so there is no question if he said there was a crack . I took it to Apple for verification and they said no physical damage.It is important to note that this has been validated by Apple, the manufacturer itself, and that there was no physical damage under cosmetic condition. The owner will continue to rip off consumers if this is not sorted out. There is nothing more I can provide, as I have already provided the apple documents. If he has more questions he can contact Apple himself. I have provided all the relevant proofs and demand the refund.

Issue: Priyanka reports that this iPhone display does not sense touch very well. The display was replaced by a third partySteps to Reproduce: Observed the reported issue at the bar. The display was not made by Apple and it is possible that thedisplay may have damaged the iPhoneCosmetic Condition: no damage noted
