I acknowledge *** *** statement that he intends to resolve the situationThis is a good startHowever until the replacement engine is installed and the car is in the initially described "great running" condition, AND all costs associated with engine installation and mechanics diagnosis have been reimbursed by Mr***, this complaint will not be resolvedThere is a long history of broken promises and outright lies in this casePromises are cheap, action will prove true resolution

Good day thanks for taking the time to review this issue. We did sell Mr [redacted] a 2013 Dodge Ram. On Jan 2 2017 he purchased the vehicle for 22,900 dollars. The next we were getting the truck ready for delivery and the truck would not start, we immediately contacted , Mr [redacted] and let him no about...

the issue, I told him to hold off on sending us any funds until we resolved the issue, we sent truck to [redacted] dodge a local Dodge dealer, they said the the truck had some Noid switch issues and would not communicate, we relayed the information to Mr [redacted], we than settled on a lesser price for $16,500 on JAN 17TH for the truck as is not running, that is 6,400 dollars off the original price. We sold the truck as is water damaged not running we did nothing wrong. we also supplied him with Ky title# [redacted]. Thanks for taking the time to look at this issue.

Hello my name Is [redacted] Used Car manager For Auburndale Motorsports. I received the letter from Revdex.com. We have since contacted the customer and sent him another for  the $225.00 refund he requested. We sent him a check early in January but customer states he never received the check....

Thanks For taking the time to investigate this issue.   [redacted].

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY]1,696 of unauthorized miles after the bill of sale isn't a minor issue. Nor is purposely delaying delivering the van so they could use it while lying about reason. This dealer has an established history of doing this if you look at past feedbacks on their eBay account and past Revdex.com claims. They also have not provided the title after over 10 weeks now and have lied about it being "in the mail" to us like they have other past clients. They have no problem making up stories to attempt to cover themselves but aren't the best at it. Notice above that they claimed the "internet" person made a mistake on the listing for the milage. If that is the case, how to the Bill of Sale completed by [redacted] himself AFTER the auction reflect even less miles than that "mistake" the internet person did? I also have emails that prove he has never claimed that there was any mistake and he only feels that 1,696 miles, 30+ days of use and no title as promised is worth $100. That is nearly 10% more miles than were on the bill of sale. Please feel free to ask me for whatever information you need. All I really want is justice served against these shady dealers. They have found what they can get away with and work the system to do just that. I refuse to be a victim and will fight this if it takes years as it isn't about the money--it is about being taken advantage of.

Hello thanks for checking in to this matter, we mailed this customer a refund check,  www.usps.com tracking#[redacted]. This customer purchased a salvage title vehicle, he had issues getting the car titled in the ohio, technically we are not liable, but we gave him a refund anyways...

to keep the customer happy, just to help him out, but you can not not make ever body happy, some people just want to get online and complain, we have sold  thousands of vehicles, and if all we have is a few complaints then so be it, we strive to keep all of our customers happy, but sometimes you just can't please everybody, thanks.

We sent the customer full refund. the issue has been resolved.

Thanks for taking the time to investigate this matter. We have been in contact with the Mr [redacted] regarding the engine issue on this vehicle.I have located two cars with similar miles on them. We are going try and purchase to get the engine out of it. Cars sell on the 2-9-14. We have informed MR...

[redacted] and he is aware of the situation. We will get matter resolved. Thanks [redacted]. ([redacted])

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY]So I have received the title as the business owner promised and I thank him for that.  However the title was unacceptable and it was a scrap title that is unusable in Ohio.  He is still on vacation at this time and will not be back within the 10 days before Revdex.com closes this case so I am responding to keep the case open for the moment.  The business owner, [redacted], and I have talked and he should be back to the business on Wednesday.  We hope to be able to manage a product return in the coming days.  After that, it will conclude this issue.  Thanks.

[redacted]

Hello thanks for taking the time to look in to this matter. I was on vacation for 2 weeks, I apologize I did not answer the phone for those two weeks. The title will be delivered to the MR [redacted] on the 7-13-16. The tracking is [redacted], you can track on www.usps.com. Thanks [redacted]

[The van was a flood damaged van that the seller likes to compare to the retail value of a non-flooded van. The exact same van had sold a week prior for a few hundred more (but the buyer didn't pay). I have tried repeatedly to resolve this matter--missing items, missed maintenance (during unauthorized use), no title and 1,696 unauthorized miles during a 35 day period where the van was supposedly waiting for transport. I started using the local area rental for a van of this type for the period they used it but the seller refused. So I tried to ask for the government presented value for the milage but he refused. This matter could be resolved so quickly if the dealer actually cared about customer service. His only offer was insulting and needs to marked as not responding appropriately.]

Thank for taking the time to look in to this matter. I have communicated threw email with Mr [redacted] and we have yet to come to a agreement on this Matter.  Hope we can settle on something, but he purchased a 20,000 dollar van for $12,500 that runs and drives great, I just feel he is trying to take advantage of the situation. Thanks [redacted]

Good afternoon, thanks for taking the time to look into this matter, Mr [redacted] contacted us after he received his van and was not happy about a few minor things on the van, Our first response to him was we will refund him 100% of his purchase price to him and pickup it up from his residence. But he...

did not want to do that, he wanted $2,500.00 dollars back, I am not doing that. if he does not like that van then I will give him his money back, I offered him $100.00 dollars back plus send him headphones and the plastic piece he said was missing but he declined that offer. We never drove his vehicle, after he purchased it, my ebay sales person made a mistake while listing the ad. Thanks for taking the time to look into this matter.    Thanks [redacted]
