Auchly Roofing installed the new roof in July of I received a call from [redacted] stating that the roof was not done properly and it was a messy job So, I told her I would come by and look at it the next day I went to her home to meet with her and her neighbor They told me their concerns and issues with the job I was able to fix most of the complaints they had ***, said she still didn't like the way the edges looked I explained to her that they were done correctly and that's how the edges are supposed to look It was very hot that day and she said she couldn't be out side any longer so she asked if I would come back another day so she could show me some other things, I agreed to come back on a cooler day We scheduled a time for me to come back When I came back the second time her daughter was there they had a few questions and said they didn't like the way the edges looked again I explained to both of them that there edges were done the way there are supposed to be done.There was nothing I could do to make them look different Auchly Roffing installs hundreds of roofs every year and all the edges are done the same way.Some people you just can't make happy.If you have any questions please feel free to call me at [redacted] or email me at ***@auchlyroofing.com Sincerely, [redacted] Co-Owner

I do not agree with the business responseHe did come back the next day and looked at it and did a few cutsI was not going to pay him but then he came by the house with the lien release so I paid him but told him I wanted those things repairedI can send pictures that show the roof clearlyHe said to text him all the pictures so he won't forget and he would come back out in two to three weeksI waited the two to three weeks and had not heard from him so I started contacting him and he never returned my calls so I contacted the Revdex.comHis contract reads that if you are unhappy with your roof for any reason they will repair, modify or replace the roof to your satisfactionThis is the Happy Neighborhood Guarantee

occurring) and left paper work with her daughter I received a phone call the next day wondering when we would be out to do the repair I told her that I had already fixed it she then said she didn't know I had been there and sprayed flex seal up the whole valley I didn't now what to say to her because now she had just ruined the entire valley including the spot that I had already fixed I told her wait and make sure the leak stops then we will decide what to do about the flex seal. I didn't hear from her again until June I was busy so I sent another member of my crew he informed Ms. [redacted]'s friend that he thought the chimney was probably causing the remaining leak and gave a quote of $500.00 to repair it. I never told to fix the ceiling where the leak was I did tell her I though that the leak was fixed but to keep an eye on it and call if she had any problems. Ms [redacted] is unsatisfied with the work that Auchly Roofing has provided so we are refunding her money in full.
