Review: Hello and thank you for your help, on 9/15/2013 my 2007 Honda Accord was repossed. On 9/15/13 I had contacted Auction Access 9am regarding this matter being informed later that day after calling them back that the car had been repossed. My complaint today is its been 4 weeks since my car was repossed, since then I have not been giving any information regarding the car's whereabouts, the owner's plans or any date or time to pick up my belongings. Since 9/15/13 I have called both Auction Access Auto and [redacted] thee owner regarding this matter and have not heard from [redacted] as of yet and told by [redacted] and [redacted] that my account is locked out and they cant help me and no one elsethere could I have to talk with [redacted]. According to [redacted] and [redacted], both who work at Auction Access they can not provide me with any information I must talk to [redacted] at 1-786-447-7192 which whom I have called and called left messages and he has failed to contact me via phone or mail. On 10/4/13 I called Access Auction and spoke with [redacted] inquiring about my belongings again and it was then on 10/4/13 4weeks later that [redacted] informed me that my belongings were in the back of their propertys house. When I arrived at 1903 S, vineland location me and my partner found 3 blk plastic trash bags and my property pushed upside this house. In addition to this my son's reading glasses and sneakers were not there, someone either removed them from the car when removing my belongings or stole them from outside where they had stored my things. Auction Access did not even give me a courtesy to pick up my belongings after I had continously contacted them regarding my son's glasses that he needs desparately. My computer monitor that I was donating was damaged along with some of my other personal belongings. My concern is my vehicle, I have had this car since 2010, put down a $5000 car deposit in 8/2013 I had a balance of $6000 and some change,its really a poor practice to reposses a car without even trying to negoiate a plan with the consumer.Desired Settlement: Id like some agreement about getting my car back, I am a single parent who like many have falling on hard times, I dont do drugs smoke or drink I lost my job in 1/2012 that paid me $16 hr to recently obtaining employment at $10 an hour so yes, I have gotten behind but to look at all I have invested and sacrificed over these past 3 years I feel that Auction Access could have showed alittle mercy and discussed the matter with me, [redacted] the owner has not yet spoken to me or my cosigner [redacted]

Regarding the above referenced complaint, within 24 hours of Ms [redacted]’ vehicle being repossessed she was given the phone number to the repossession company, namely [redacted] Recovery at [redacted]. Ms [redacted] was able to pick up her possessions from that location, however, chose not to pay the fee charged by [redacted] to pack all the items in the vehicle for their return to her.

After 30 days our company collected the items as a courtesy to Ms [redacted] and returned them to her.Attached please find transaction payment history and copy of “Notice of our plan to sell repossessed or surrendered motor vehicle” document that was mailed Certified and Regular Mail (attached as well).Thank you for your attention to this matter.Auction Access Auto, Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: Access Auto is not being truthful, the morning I noticed my car being gone I contacted Access Auto right away, I knew I was behind with my car payments but I had been paying something toward the payments. Not once did I think after paying so much into my car $26,000 and having a small balance $6,000 that it would be repoed without any discussion between myself and Access Auto regarding the matter. The morning of the repo I contacted Access Auto informing [redacted] an employee that my car was gone I was told that I needed to contact [redacted] the owner about my car in which [redacted] provided the number because my account was locked and they ([redacted],[redacted]) could not help me.
