Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] This has not been resolvedThey are still asking me for paymentI have an insurance adjuster that agreed with me that the company ANCAE did not know what they were doing The rep from their company did not open up the top of the unit even after I told him their was a fire in the unit He stated after he put a switch in that is what it needed He then after talking on the phone with his supervisor at the company that it would need a motor He continued to look at the vents inside the house never putting two and two together that the black around the vents were smoke damage from the fire from the furnace Even on their bill that they sent me, stated if the motor was replaced the furnace would work I had the motor replaced with another company who then found that the top unit was too hot He opened it up, which the employee from ANCAE didn't do showed all the fire damage So this is not taken care of and again how Andell is discussing it is totally false He has treated the situation unprofessionally and I have filed a claim with the attorney general about his business practice I have paperwork from the insurance adjuster about this heater They have also told me if I didn't pay the bill I would have a lien on my house They didn't do anything to get the heater to work and had never sent me any invoice stating they are taking the bill to zero dollarsI feel I owe them nothingI was billed for travel time and I don't feel that is fair when he could have been getting his lunch.Andell has not solved this problem and I will go to small claims court to make sure this is not on my credit report or lien on my house

B.B.B. We have been working with [redacted] giving her bids for a new furnace & Coil & Labor so she can give it to her Insurance. We have been doing all we can and also sent her a invoice showing that she owes us nothing.  Thank you, Andell.
