show you attended three of our auctions; 12/13/2014, 2/21/2015, 10/20/2015.   For the matter of concern, you approached me during an auction stating briefly that you had Items you wished to consign.   To which I replied that we would be happy to help you, give us a call to make arrangements.  I know I was in a rush as it was a very busy auction day.   My apologies for not having had time to discuss things further.    To my recollection this was our only in person meeting.   Your complaint implies that you consigned the items on 10/20/2015.  I do not have documents to confirm that date as the consignment control document which you signed was not dated.   On this date we had an onsite auction in Golden Valley, AZ.   I was not present when you delivered the items to the auction yard, however you signed the document along with my wife, who you so kindly referred to as “That Asian Lady”.   All of your items were placed on a single table Lot 1-44, with the exception of two stand alone items Lot 281 & 282.   The Items were sold on 10/31/2015 as the consignment settlement form stated, your items opening the auction at 9am.   Other consignors from that auction received their checks within 10 business days.   Your complaint said you spoke to us on 11/3 regarding not receiving a check, we do not send checks out until funds clear our account from purchasers which is usually 5-10 business days.   You left me a message on the 25th until which time I was unaware of any issue.  A check was issued on the 30th.  My phone records [redacted]Full letter Attached[redacted]

I never spoke to this man in person only on the telephone.   This is another deception on his part.   If his staff or "wife" cannot take care of business properly then maybe he should be employing people that can accurately account for items.  I went in there with a list of everything and all the Asian lady had to do was copy it.  But that wasn't even done correctly because the next day I had to call and tell Mr. Buck that items were left off.  After the final review of his list that he sent, there are still items unaccounted for.  He claims that he has no knowledge of me calling before.  On November 25, he left a message on my answering machine saying that the check was mailed and it hasn't been cashed and he's re-issuing another check.  Well, I would like you to provide proof of that check.  Days later there's still no check.  Only after 9 -10 days later and a third phone call, did I receive my money.   I am not happy with a further $12 check for compensation of items misplaced, lost, or deliberately left off the listing.  This business should not be on the Revdex.com listing.  It is not reputable or honest.  I want no further contact from this man or his company.
