Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Offer to make partially repair was not conveyed until 6/8/2016, more than three months after the damage was doneThe [redacted] is willing to accept the limited repairs offered and payment for the repairs to those items which the company reports that it cannot make, if the repairs restore the flooring to it's general condition before the work of the company, and the amount paid for third party repairs is sufficient to restore the damaged walls, pews and landscaping it their previous conditionThe [redacted] reserves the right to have any offered repairs inspected by a knowledgeable third party Sincerely, [redacted]

WE HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH THE *** TO REDO FLOORS AT NO COST THEY DON'T WANT US THERE AT ALL WE TRIED TO REPLACE THE PLANT THEY DONT WANT US ON THEIR PROPERTY WE ARE TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY WANT JUST MONEY WE TRIED EMAILING TO RESOLVE NO RESPONSE
