Engaged this company to do on line auctions for usthe merchandise was photographed and distributed in Albuquerque,NMThe check for the merchandise was to come from Phoenix Their exclusive online auction agreement states "net proceeds will be paid to consignors by check no layer than business days after auction closesOur auction closed May 23rd and we still have no check The auction staff here was told last week the check was in the mailWhen I hadn't received it by Monday 15th I called and talked to [redacted] and was told she was putting the check in the mail that dayIt is now Thursday 18th and still no check
Auction Nation *** accepts stolen goods from criminals and resells those goods to law-abiding customers at its auctions I was the victim of such a fraud, and the company was unwilling to pursue any type of resolution to the issue They put all the risk on their customers The criminals who deliver the stolen goods escape, and the auction earns its fees Be very cautious with AUCTION NATION *** They are a very dangerous company
Buyer beware, I purchased a car with a inspection report that stated the car had been inspected and only needed a oil change. Upon delivery of the car it didn't start and had to be jumped. The car overheated immediately and the brakes, shifter, main computer, door panels, a/c, Windows, and was damaged in the front. Of course they failed to mention this in their report. Well it's been 3 months and no refund also the car has been resold numerous times with everyone refusing it because of the problems. This company is very dishonest so do not trust the inspection report or the pics of the car which appear to be photoshopped. Hopefully we resolve this issue soon now I know why their Revdex.com rating is a F-.
After patronizing several other auction houses in the greater Phoenix area (like the one just north on the other side of Indian School) I have to say that although there were a couple of very minor issues (ie: the title taking 10 days rather then 5 to be available) I rate Auction Nation MUCH higher then the others that I've dealt with over the past decade. I also think the staff are incredibly friendly and very customer service orientated. Just need to keep in mind this is not a car dealership so adjust your expectations slightly. J.D.

I have been using this company since april of 2013, I learned quickly to go down an view the product for yourself. I recently ran into some trouble with the phoenix office.[redacted] the so called manager told me that my items were shipped, then they were shipped to the wrong address, then I was told I could come down and pick the items up twice. Both times the items could not be found. She then told me again she would ship them. 3 weeks later, I still dont have them. Her solution to the problem is to refund my money and cancel my account. Im guessing that way I wont keep calling to get her to do her job.

Hi This place has really super bad customer service. There auto auction says most titles in 5 days. This is false advertising. You are lucky to get a title in 30 days. They have phone numbers which most people never answer. Cant leave messages with the auto guy,his voice mail is full. If you do talk to someone, they say they will have someone call you back. That never happen's. If you cant run a business fairly and not lie to the public, then you need to be out of business.I would rate them as a f-
