The sales person named Parris doesn't know how to treat customers. At each corner he tells me to do things differently than what Michael had suggested/recommended. Buy the wheels off of Amazon, go source the wheels locally. I am the one that suggested getting the vehicle certified, it didn't come from you when I first spoke with you. That is three different times you want me to do additional work for a vehicle located at your dealership.
I know that I spoke with the General Sales Manager this afternoon and advised me he would have answers to me in 30 minutes but I never did get a call back.
I guess your dealership wants to sell this vehicle locally and promote a relationship locally. I have no problem with that as long as you tell me that up front so I can look elsewhere. I am called three times today but Parris does not leave a message. I then get an email stating he has called multiple times. He does not leave a message or a number to call back.
It seems that you are having vehicles fly off the lot with everything that is going on, I don't believe that is happening. You should be making the effort to get me to purchase this vehicle but I am not having that impression. I even came back to this dealership from trying in November 2019.
I just find it disappointing the lack of effort Parris and this dealership have made.

Isn't this something the dealership wants to promote and have its sales people represent. I don't sense that with you, the General Sales Manager and in the end the dealership.
I would strongly suggest sharing this with management and even Mr. Joe C.

I purchased a 2018 Audi A6 Prestige from Audi Bakersfield on 12/28/2019. Kelly Anderson was the salesperson. Due to the hour (8pm) and the vehicle being a service loaner return, I was told the second key was in service and it would be mailed to be after the new year. I made contact with Kelly on (2) separate occasions and she is no longer answering my calls. On 2/29/2020 I made contact with Mike Costello who told me "yes, we can remedy this by sending you the key. I will have Kelly make contact with you directly". I was given his personal cell phone and he too has stopped answering my calls. As it stands, the cost of a new Audi key from my local Audi Dealer is $517 for the part, and $170 to program. Either send me the key (in which they programmed a NEW key when I left the dealer- their are currently 3 keys programmed to the car and when I test drove it their were 2) or pay to have on reprogrammed on site.
