I purchased a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn Dealership not even a month agoI had the car for two days, the sun roof on the car needed to be service and I was informed by time I pick the car up everything would be repaired The day I purchased the vehicle the top was working and the next day, I decided to drop the top of the sun roof on the highwayThe sun roof gets stuck, as I am driving In addition to this, my vehicle has been serviced for about two weeks and I have been getting the running regarding my vehicle I was given a loaner, that's not even no where near the BMW that I purchased! Lastly The manager Ali has been giving me the run around as well, stating he will fix this and fix that and nothing has been doneMy vehicle has been in service longer than I actually had the car This is definitely a small claims court issue, if this isn't resolved Respectfully, Unsatisfied customer

True Frame Report is a 3rd party inspection company which inspects preowned cars with accident reports. Letting the consumer know the extent of a car's accident. The severity of the damage, whether or not the car is structurally sound and what work has or needs to be done. On
January ** True Frame Report inspected two vehicles for Audi Brooklyn. Inspections where completed, detailed written reports(with pictures of each vehicle) where forwarded to *** and ***. The promotional cost for two inspections for first time customers is $for two inspections. Numerous phone calls text and emails to collect payment resulted in no payment

I purchased a vehicle from Audi Brooklyn Dealership not even a month ago. I had the car for two days, the sun roof on the car needed to be service and I was informed by time I pick the car up everything would be repaired.

Review: I recently purchased a 2009 AUDI Q5 3.2 (VIN: [redacted]) on 8/**/15 and part of the deal stipulations were that I would receive (1) set of OEM factory mats since the car did not have any, as well as (1) set of OEM all weather mats shortly after purchase. I have a receipt that backs up my claim. Following multiple e-mails, calls and complaints I've yet to receive the items.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the products the dealership promised me at the time of purchase.

Review: I bought a car from Audi Brooklyn on May *, 2015. I traded in my car and made a substantial down payment and the deal was done. I was only given one key, they did not have the second key or the valet key. I was given a receipt saying they owed me the remaining keys. I was told and paid for a service that would register my car in ** so that I would not have to bother with that and I was assured that the temp plates would not expire before the new plates arrived. I had to call three times to get the plates and in the end I had to pay extra money to get the plates sent to me. I asked about the keys as well and I still have not received them. I have gotten 2 calls from [redacted] saying that I owe 2 months of payments on the car that I traded in because Audi has not paid off my old loan. Even though they have sold my car that I traded in.Desired Settlement: I want what is owed to me the keys that I still do not have.I want my 15000 mile service taken care of at my dealership, [redacted].I want them to pay off my old loan and pay for any charges to my credit that they have caused due to late payments.I want the GM of Audi Brooklyn to call me which she has not ever done.

Review: Hi I left a refundable deposit of $500 on september [redacted] its been 2 weeks the haven't returned my deposit on my credit card I been calling to ask David Tso who was my salesperson and he is been giving me excuses ever since the pre owned sales manager mohammad a** is the biggest liar in all of them I need my money back please help me there dealership name should be thieves of brooklyn .....never going back there ...they took the deposit in 10 minutes I don't know why is it taking so long to return it .
