We have not seen this car since We responded to the customer and were able to take a look at this car again The problem was resolved and we got Audi involved to handle the customers issues There should no longer be an issue

n response to this customer’s complaint, we have researched the cancellation of service contract in question.  A pro-rated refund check in the amount of $336.74 based on the time and miles of cancellation was mailed...

to this customer yesterday.
 
We are very sorry for the customer’s experience and would like to offer the customer a complete automobile detail at no charge for their troubles.
