determined by the current lessor, Audi Financial ServicesMrT*** interpreted his personal interaction with *** *** as her verbal authorization to initiate a credit inquiry as would be required to extend credit to an applicantMrT*** verified *** *** identity with valid State issued photo identification while visiting our showroomIt is the dealership policy that all applicants execute a credit application (either in dealership or via our secure website) MrT*** took verbal authorization from *** *** while in his presence but did not follow dealership policy as is outlinedSubsequent action was taken by the dealership management team and MrT*** so as to not offer convenience even with the applicant present offering verbal authorization*** *** has accepted financing from the lender and has since executed the credit application and all required disclosuresRichard M***, General Manager, at Audi Freehold has interceded and addressed any concern *** *** has conveyedThank you, Lisa T G*** Controller
