We have spoken to the customer about this cancellationHe had cancelled it directly through the warranty company itself, not through the dealerThe warranty company did not let us know thisUpon hearing of the dispute we have reached out to the client and have had him fill out the necessary dealer documents to process the cancellation and get him his refund

Regarding the clients complaint: we communicated to this client on March 1, that we needed to have him come back in for additional info regarding his state inspection, once we communicated this we never heard back and the client stated that he didn't check his "spam" folder so he missed the email even though all communications were made via email we were finally able to get the client back in on March 13, and performed the necessary inspection that caused this delay all necessary documents have been sent to the title clerk now and we are anticipating his plates soonOverall there was definitely a delay but once we were made aware of it we attempted to resolve immediatelyI have attached a few of the snips form the email trails to this complaintplease let me know if you have any further questions.regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want further clarification of what this business means by the following: "the only possible info this customer will receive is a 3rd party vendors and that won’t be from Audi Grapevine"Because this business is using 3rd party direct marketing firms to send their junk mail via US postal mailI have spoken to someone from this businesses corporate office and they claimed that they were going to opt me out as wellHe also told me that he would make sure their direct marketing firm would opt me out as wellNone of this has happened to date which is why I opened this Revdex.com complaint in the first placeThis answer from the business is unacceptable unless they explain further how and what they did because their comment that the third parties marketing would not be from Audi Grapevine is a bold face lie and untruthThank you Regards, [redacted]

Looking into this deal , Mr [redacted] keep telling us the he will send his mom to the store to put deposit on the car , and she never showed up after days waiting on his Mom we couldn’t hold the car anymore and sold it.My policy on used cars that we cannot accept deposits since there is big demand on them specially when we price them to move , and wit Mr [redacted] he kept want to negotiate for days and then didn’t want to provide his address and zip code to calculate the Tax , so we had to move on.I do have another car that I will be willing to do the same discount , so please send him a message to contact me at [redacted] that’s my direct lineThank you [redacted] ***Audi GrapevineGeneral Manager [redacted]

TXThis is a ridiculous and lazy response from this business, and I doubt the individual who responded even took seconds to actually look into my completely valid complaint and instead decided they would lie and say they get this from the DMVWhich again is another lie and completely deceptive when this letter was 'signed' by their own General ManagerI do not accept this business's responseThey need to spend a little more time and get to the bottom of my issueUnacceptableThank you

I am rejecting this response because: 1.  the dealer sold the car w/o inspection.  The dealer failed to follow used car selling procedure.2. Lack of communication  I called them few times after 4 weeks after the car got sold, dealer told me to wait, never invest to find out what is going on with it, kept telling me to wait  I called them after 6 weeks, kept telling me to wait  I called them after 8 weeks, because my paper plates is expired, they sent me the new paper plate and told me that they will call me back, """not email me back""" about what going on.  I called them after 10 weeks, they told me that they emailed me.  Previous conversation, they told me to call me, did not mention about email.  Also, after sent me an email, if dealer heard nothing from me, they should call me.  this is very poor communication to solve the issue from dealer.3.  Hung up the phones on me few times when I called.4. Do not want to transfer me to correct department or giving out the phones number for me to escalade the issue.   I called, transfer me back and fort. I was tired of calling them for this issue. I asked dealer for customer service relationship phone number. they told me to google it.  this is so wrong.  I called talked to them, asked them to transfer me to manager so I can discuss issue, hung up the phone on me this dealer is lack of communication and very bad customer service.  after the car sold, dealer seems do not care anymore.

State law doesn’t allow the dealership to cancel the Gap, the customer has to contact his previous Lein holder and request the cancellation

I am rejecting this response because: False. The warranty company did know to Audi Grapevine about the cancellation. Attached copy of the letter. Also, last Monday I have received a call by [redacted] (Finance Director Audi Grapevine) and I explained him that I sent the cancellation by mail and went to Audi Grapevine and never I received a response, for that reason I sent a cancellation to warranty company. I had to put a complaint to obtain a response by them, as happened with the call [redacted] last Monday.
