Negative review!! I was in the dealership this morning for their “free” 21point inspection due tomorrow an upcoming road trip I was told that the brake fluid was dirty (should have been replaced during one of the past services but I was also told that my Michelin tires had dry rot and cracking and they did not recommend I drive on themThe tires purchased at their dealership only had mikes on them and car is housed in garageThe agent was so dismissive of me as I asked questions about how this could have happened on relatively low mileage driven tiresShe kept saying it is not strange at all but offered no real assistance nor did she offer to find someone more knowledgeable to speak with The lack of giving me information or understanding my questioning is NOT the face of someone representing Audi Incidentally I am in the market for new vehicle and because of this experience will not only mot purchase an Audi from this location but will “spread the word” Also...as an addendum...I then went to a local tire store who could have quickly sold me new tires but instead told me that then”Dry dot” on my tires wasn’t even on the “1” scale on the chart he showed me snd the cracking very minimalThis honest store told me to drive snd enjoy! Wow...Audi sure was trying to get some new tires off their lot No thanks...I’ll take my business elsewhere
