Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The offer to pay last three payments is unfair as is making me obligated to go full term of months if I want to be reimbursed for the months paymentsIf I decide to purchase new car and trade this car in, the Business is not going to have obligations for the last payments and I believe that is the scenario the Audi [redacted] is hoping to happen with this offer.I negotiated with the sales person for term of months and I did not ask for a longer term to achieve the lower payment at at any time during the negotiation process with the sales personIf the Business decision was to do exception and do the term of months for this used, not certified car , instead to lower the price to achieve desired payment for months ,then fair sales practice would be to explain to me this change in finance length during the negotiation process.Changing the length of the financing term was not explained or pointed to me at any time during negotiation or signing the papers. If the Business is honestly wanting me to get to desired months it should have reimburse months payments regardless, without insisting this have to be the last payments Regards, [redacted]

Good afternoon,This client originally negotiated for a month loan, but wanted a lower price which led to the month deal, which we did as an exception for this customer because it was important to her She signed in different places indicating acceptance of the month term and designated required payment We provided her ample time to ask questions, pointed out the terms and pricing to which she was agreeing, and did offer to pay the last months of the term once she fulfilled her months that she originally wanted, an offer that still stands This was an exception not just for financing for months, but also because this was a used, non certified pre-owned vehicle Again, we have offered to pay the last months of her month term in order to get her to her desired month timeframe

Customer had ample opportunity to question renegotiate, or terminate the transaction. There are different areas where the customer's signature acknowledging terms and payments is required, as well as language indicating that the customer has read the contract in its entirety. At any time, the customer was able to cease the transaction. Dealership is not responsible for what customer "may" do in regards to selling vehicle early, etc. Dealership has, in very good faith, agreed to pay the final month's payments. Client's concern was the additional months on the contract--we have removed that obstacle so, when the client completes their months, we will provide the rest, but not until that time

I am rejecting this response because:As a customer I did not have any chance to renegotiate the transaction simply because I was not aware that condition of negotiation terms are changed. I  was not explained or warned by Audi sales person that term changed from 72 to 75 months. The additional 3 months raised the purchase price to the level I was not willing to pay at the beginning of the negotiation process and I would not purchase this car if I knew that additional 3 payments were added during the negotiation process .The Audi sales person went back and forth to the [redacted]'s office and when he came back saying to have a good news and that the  [redacted] finally agreed to the  our desired payment  I was happy to finally close the deal as it was already after 8 p.m.I do agree, I made a big mistake and did not read a contract to make sure that the  contract was mirroring our verbal negotiation agreement.  But,who would think that sales tactic of a such prestigious  dealership as Audi , was to conceal the change in numbers of monthly payments from 72 to 75 just to sell a car at the price they desired.Additionally, the finance associate presented paperwork without pointing terms of the Agreement, his only concern was how to sell us additional package which he successfully did , promising to lower interest rate to which I was already entitled to due to having a credit score of 840. Overall, as a customer I am very disappointed with the Audy business practice overall. Evan the dealership's  good faith offer is twisted and does not make a sense. If the dealership  really want to show  good faith and  remove obstacle of 3 additional payments for me,  I do not see why I need to wait 6 years for  for that to happen?
