To: Audi Financial ServicesWhile I appreciate the apology for such poor service, I expect and wish for action. This Revdex.com complaint is a public record and enough people complain that shows a major trend in your unwillingness and incompetence in mitigating major risks for Audi and your abilities to protect me and all Audi consumers. Barbara's response was simply: "There is nothing I can do. Audi Financial Services is aware of your complaint and refuse to do anything about it."  You wish to reference that as a solid response from Audi of a major risk to customer data and refuse to change your registration policies, practices that risk your data and potential costs of millions of dollars because you refuse to upgrade your systems, policies and practices. Another institution was hacked - a financial institution that requires full SSN number on it's web site like Audi Financial Services. Why are hackers targeting companies like Caliber Mortgage and probably eventually Audi Financial Services; because requiring a full SSN to register or login shows them that you have antiquated systems, services and support and that makes you and companies like Audi Financial Services targets to be hacked. Hopefully others will look for complaints against Audi before investing in their next car with you and know of these risks and buy another brand that has more modernized systems, practices and policies so their personal financial data remains safer than mine. If you get hacked and customer data is lost because you refuse to modernize your systems and policies; I will sue you very publicly because I tried asking nicely for you to understand the risk you take with my data and this polite refusal to change.
