Review: I did not get refund for DMV charges made during purchase. I was told I would get anything extra. The DMV fee was $376. I paid $150 dmv fees less than 4 years ago on a different new car. I was also charged $479 for documentation fee which seems excessive since BMW charged me $249 for same doc fee in 2010.Desired Settlement: refund back any excessive charges.

NJ Motor Vehicle actual charges were as follows: $311.00 for 4 year Registration, $60.00 for Vehicle Title, and $5.00 for Temporary registration/plate. There is no refund due this client. Documentation fees vary from Dealer to Dealer, and are determined by the individual dealership/business. A registration transaction record/receipt was provided to Mr. [redacted] at time of vehicle delivery. Review: Hello, I purchased a 2008 infiniti G37s from the Audi dealership not even a month from today day, when driving home I felt a high speed vibration, in addition a pulsation when braking. The car was checked by a professional mechanic and found that one of the issues was bad rotors. Went to the Audi service and did nothing about it. they said it was it was bad wheel balanced. fixed it and did nothing. I had to speak to the business operator to get a check for $300 dollars to fix the rotors. So the pulsation issue was resolve but the vibration remains. I went out my way and had an alignment, had to swap the tires inside out because the tires are no good, re balanced my wheels, re balanced my drive shaft. so I spent hundreds of dollars out of my pocket to fix stuff that should've been fix before selling me the car. The vibration issues still remains and the dealer do not want to take any actions.Desired Settlement: I would like the car to be fixed and problem free, I purchased the car for around 19,000 dollars. at that price I shouldn't be spending money into repairs, specially when I only had the car for 3 weeks.

The $300 was goodwilled to the client for his assessment, which was wrong....We gave him the $300 foir brakes, and then the client came back for tires, and claimed the vibration was now due to tires. We then bought him 2 tires at no charge....He has stated that he is now good and all is resolved.....Mr. [redacted] needs to close this complaint with you as he has agreed....
