maintenance plan's terms & conditions are stated clearly on the contract
There are scheduled maintenances covered: 15,miles, 25,miles, 35,
miles & 45,miles—or one year from the last service, whichever occurs
firstIt is also stated in the contract that [redacted] Care cannot be cancelled &
it is not refundableThe only exception to this is if the vehicle is
designated "totaled" by the insurance carrier
[redacted] purchased
the "Protection Plus Paintless Dent Repair" planPaintless Dent Repair
is a process that uses hand tools to gently push the dented metal back to its
original formIn the agreement it states that chipped paint is excluded
in the planIt also states in the contract that there are no refunds or
cancellations granted unless done so by the lienholder in the event that the
vehicle is repossessed

We have reviewed **. [redacted]’s purchasing folder and have not found any documents that would suggest no cost for the 55k & 65k services. These particular services are part of the ‘[redacted] Care Plus’ contract. This...

maintenance contract cannot be entered with [redacted] until the vehicle has reached 40K miles. **. [redacted] purchased his vehicle with 24,518 miles, therefore it would have been impossible to add 55k & 65k services to the VIN due to the mileage restriction set by the brand. We regret if there was any misunderstanding at the time of sale and considering that it was nearly 2 ½ years ago it makes the verification of verbal promises nearly impossible to obtain. However in the spirit of Customer Loyalty we would like to offer **. [redacted] 30% off of his 55K & 65K services if he chooses to perform them at our service facility.

Hello,
Both contracts are not with [redacted] of Tysons. [redacted] of America is the contract holder on [redacted] Care and IAS is the holder on the “Protection Plus Paintless Dent Repair” plan Both of them do not have a cancelation or refund policy and [redacted] of Tysons does not have the authority to override.
We regret [redacted]’s experience with both companies and we wish that we could do something from [redacted] of Tysons to restore her confidence in our intentions to provide a great service experience.
