I purchased an Audi Aon 11/21/from Audi Orlando South while I was visiting from out of state I made the mistake at financing of purchasing the CPO, Tire and Wheel Package, Appearance package, Maintenance package, and the Theft PolicyI only purchased this because the Finance Manager, *** *** assured me that if I changed my mind once I returned home that I could cancel the products and have the funds refunded back to me at 100% I left Florida and drove back to my home state with temp tags that expired in days Once I returned home and had time to thoroughly read though all of the Terms and conditions, I decided that I would cancel all of the products I contacted the Finance Manager, *** *** on 12/5/and requested to cancel all of the additional purchased items immediately I was informed that the refund process would take a maximum of weeks to complete and that the funds would be issued directly to the original lender This was not disclosed to me during the contract signing process I was not thrilled about having to wait for my funds to be returned to me but I made the decision to be patient The first sign of trouble happened when my temp tags expired and I had not received a replacement temp tag, and the DMV had not received any of the registration documentation They sent me a replacement temp tag but it was received after the original one expired, so I was without tags for daysI was not happy to say the least, but I was still trying to be patient as I was unable to go directly to the dealership since I was states away from Florida By the week mark I still had not received any refund and I was getting the run around from *** *** so I reached out for some assistance from her Manager, *** *** (Customer Financial Services Director) After emailing *** multiple times, all I received from him and was that the refund was in process and would be completed soon I started cc'ing the General Manager, *** *** because I felt after weeks I should have seen a refund for the over 7K that the dealership owed me for the cancelled products I have received countless promises from *** *** of checks being issued and broken time frames We are at week 12, and so far I have only received $of the $7,that is owed to me from this Audi South Orlando Dealership I finally was able to speak to the General Manager, *** *** today and I was extremely insulted that he is NOT taking this situation seriously If I owed the dealership money they would be calling me everyday to find out where their money was, I'm having to wait over weeks and they are refunding my money at their leisure and without any interest What kind of professionalism is this? How could I ever recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family? Why would I ever go back and give them my business again? This is unacceptable and I want answers, more important I want my MONEY BACK! Audi what are you going to do about this poor customer service from one of your dealership representing YOUR NAME??????
