Audi StPaul feels that we have been more than fair, in regards, to the repair of Mr [redacted] vehicle and at this time feel that we have no obligation to repair his vehicle at our expenseAudi StPaul has gone above and beyond in advocating for Mr [redacted] to get the piston replacement even though he was far past the extension periodWe have since reviewed Mr [redacted] Maintenance history and found that there is a lapse in his factory maintenance of more than 32,miles and we strongly believe that this is a contributing factor in the failure he has experienced

I am rejecting this response because:
Audi Saint Paul advocated on my behalf to rebuild my engine and made money in the processNow they stand to make a lot moreThe unknown history stems from various Audi dealerships giving the run around regarding a vehicle that needs a quart of oil every miles They still have not given a reason for the engine failureSo how can they be sure it is not on them

I am rejecting this response because:Nice response on their partSeriouslyall my responsibility!I sent total emails, and the did not respond to my earlier emailsuntil, I am sure they knew I contacted BB.I had a conversation with Audi St Paul yesterday.This is not over with
