Hello, This is in regard to complaint # *** (complaint against Nasabb.com)I received a shipping notification from them on 12/24/stating that my order had been shipped; they also provided a tracking number and I saw that my order had been
delivered on 12/22/I picked it up today (12/26/14) from my PO BoxI'm glad that I FINALLY received it, and I will never do business with them again Thank you for your help Sincerely, *** ***

NASABB Thank you so much for Shipping out my body washes and Im here to tell Revdex.com to kindly DROP THE CASE!!! I Feel NASABB may not communicate to us customers, but Im glad they Shipped me my orders and packed very professionally well!!! Please please drop the case I had filed Previously!!! Thank you

When I opened the product and smelled it and felt it I was deeply saddenedThis is hands down the best shea butter that I have ever usedI have tried others but none compareYou can tell that there is nothing added or taken awayThe sadness I felt was knowing that I can order from a company that charges you for a product and states that you will receive your order within days to two weeksAnd then they don't mail your product for to weeksThey don't apologizeThey don't respond to emails asking where the tracking number is or for any information on your orderWhen I received my order it had a packing slip with no date on it It had a sticker on it that read 50% off coupon code expires in six monthsIn keeping with the companies bad business practices there was no code! On this slip at the bottom there is a line that reads order commentsUnder this line was my complaint about how it took two months to receive my orderAlso how frustrating it was that all the emails and voicemails (they had voicemail at that time) were never returned and if there product wasn't so good I would have never ordered againTo this day I have never heard from themSo I am going to take that as this is the way that they plan to keep doing business. I would like to know if you had a response from themI am curious if they ever respond to Revdex.com complaints.

After the purchase, service department ([redacted]) will not return calls. My car has a serious safety issue, I have filed a report with the NHTSA about same, and Audi Stuart will not return calls. My car has less than 5,000 miles. After the sale you are seemingly forgotten.
