We have reviewed the Customer Complaint from [redacted] We have also read and responded to his remarks on [redacted] , and [redacted] We apologize if he felt he had a poor experience however, when he arrived at our store we lowered the price of the car in an effort to satisfy his needs We feel that we went out of our way, allowing his mechanic to drive and inspect the car he wanted, a Mercedes Benz, since he lived far away We discounted the vehicle well under our website price of $12,and below the craigslist price of $10,all the way to $10, Unfortunately, he had his number in mind and did not calculate taxes properly As you know we cannot adjust or control taxes, tags, and fees The taxes are based on where he lives and registers the vehicle We offered him the lowest price that we could for the vehicle, which was well below advertised priceWe could not go any lower, so the complainer never purchased the vehicle, never put down a deposit, and never signed anything He only came and tried to discount the vehicle beyond what we were capable of doing Afterwards, he offered to remove these “reviews” only if we sold him the car for what he offered to pay In the meantime, a customer purchased it Please feel free to contact me via email or phone info listed below Best Regards: Eustace WM [redacted] General Manager Audi Turnersville [redacted]

This is the response that was provided to the customer on [redacted] : “Thanks for sharing your experience [redacted] I understand your unpleasant experience but we still thank you for your comments as it will help us improveDealing with out of state prospects is something we have been working on finding the best practice for and changing accordinglyTo keep things fair to our local customers we cannot take a car off the market for the possibility of a future sale when we have other be backs and appointments already set with themWe will continue to monitor out of state experiences to find the best practice as the industry changes, thank you for sharing.”

I am rejecting this response because:
They are trying to spin this in a way to make it seem like they were being fairLet me be very clear what my problem isMy problem is I had a written agreement from one of the salesperson, Ken, on a priceWhen I got there, and drove hours, the manager said they could not make that price happenThey were even giving me an "end of the month deal" which was well above the price I had agreed upon WITH THE SALESPERSON BEFORE LEAVING MY HOUSE.I don't care how much they discounted the price from what it said on the stickerI calculated with the salesperson what the price would be out the door, and we agreed to itWhen I got there, after driving hours each way, they tried to jack up the agreed upon priceThat is my problem.Don't agree to something, and make someone drive hours each way to try to scam them by jacking up the price when the person gets thereI wasted a lot of my time

The Turnersville AutoMall has returned the vehicle to Ms***. The *** service department has done additional work on the vehicle at our cost. We feel that we have addressed Ms*** concerned and cleared up the issue. We hope that she is satisfied with our response and

needs.      We feel that we went out of our way, allowing his mechanic to drive and inspect the car he wanted, a 2006 Mercedes Benz, since he lived far away.  We discounted the vehicle well under our website price of $12,103 and below the craigslist price of $10,900 all the way to $10,293.    Unfortunately, he had his number in mind and did not calculate taxes properly.  As you know we cannot adjust or control taxes, tags, and fees.  The taxes are based on where he lives and registers the vehicle.  We offered him the lowest price that we could for the vehicle, which was well below advertised price. I am rejecting this response because:
they did do additional work an t was dropped off after my mot would be put on thats not on my car alarm doesnt work it did before an should again if all you did was replace the battery my MMI radio isntt working either. I was told it was just code proher had surgery and we were in a bad position they day before my birthday july 14th. I o appreciate the additional work. My issue is they replaced the battery my brake light still comes on I was toldd previously my front plateblems an someone would come get the car on my birthday no one did. I am suprised that they couldnt put the plate on but still drove it here. Im just gonna tie it on an take it somewhere else. I let a couple days pass just to see if [redacted] really would call back or have it picked up I was right to wait. Im jut glad its home an the car stops the put replaced a caliper supposedly 2  back ones intead of 1 an put a bearing on the front. Thats the only additional work now I have to figure out how to put my plate on the front an get it to the inspection station with a brake light on in the dash. YOU LET ME KNOW IF THATS BETTER BUSINESS
