Yes, it does state "misfiring" on my receiptI signed that receipt and paid for the repairs prior to having access to my vehicleI contacted the dealership with photographic evidence of date and time for the returning check engine lightThe vehicle is not safe to driveAfter a six year relationship with INSKIP Audi professionals, I trusted that they represented my repair needs accuratelyIt speaks volumes that there is silence on behalf of the dealership regarding a long maintenance historyIt does not surprise me that I am the second service complaint for INSKIP in months Regards, [redacted]

We are refunding customer there full amount as they requestedWe offer the customer to have vehicle towed to us and we would pay for the tow and repair vehicle at no charge to themThey refused are assistanceAt time of 1st repair we did not find a fuel leakFrom what I understand the fuel

I signed that receipt and paid for the repairs prior to having access to my vehicle. I contacted the dealership with photographic evidence of date and time for the returning check engine light. The vehicle is not safe to drive. After a six year relationship with INSKIP Audi professionals, I trusted that they represented my repair needs accurately. It speaks volumes that there is silence on behalf of the dealership regarding a long maintenance history. It does not surprise me that I am the second service complaint for INSKIP in 3 months.

Let me be very clear; these were major repairs, equivalent to the current value of the vehicle (6k). The vehicle was serviced for years at INSKIP. They knew that they were giving me an unsafe vehicle. I would expect after a multi year relationship with INSKIP honesty. I do not intend to return the vehicle to their facility or retain any kind of relationship with INSKIP moving forward.

Dear Revdex.com,Mr. [redacted] was advised that all valves should be replaced and declined and only replaced two valves. We have offered for him to bring the vehicle back in so we can diagnosis the vehicle futher at no charge and has declined our offer. It was stated on hisreceipt that the vehicle was still...
