Audience Extras is fraudulently charging people for renewals. They send out a notice saying you are up for renewal, tell you how to renew so your subscription doesn't lapse (which means it is no auto-renewal) and then they charge your card for the full amount. Do not sign up with them.

Review: I cancelled my subscription in May 2014. There was a balance in my account at that time. Since then I have called 3 times to request the refund.I have not received it.Desired Settlement: Refund balance in my account.

Review: I joined Audience Extras on July *, 2014 but changed my mind about it the next day. I called and asked for a refund. I was told I would get it within a few business days. I have called at least 6 times since then and have received no refund. My refund should be $95.Desired Settlement: Please credit my credit card with the $95

They keep telling me that I will receive a refund, but it's just a phone answering person who says this. He assures me that he will tell his boss and then nothing happens.

Review: Audience Extras charges a yearly membership fee plus you are required to set up with them a cash deposit to be applied against future purchases. My membership expired about 6/**/14. I have a balance of $8 in my account to date they have not refunded this balance. They keep telling me it's going out this week or they say they will inform the owner. So far this week they aren't answering the phone.Desired Settlement: refund of $8
