install was complete, she called in reporting her car wasn't working correctly. She wasn't told we would fix it. She was told we would see if we could help find the problem. The car was scanned and the scanner code showed....ignition misfire on cylinder 2. This is an ignition problem regarding a spark plug coil pack that is misfiring. It has nothing to do with car audio installation. Also, the coil pack overheating is the source of burning smell. The car was looked at and dealt with properly.
