We drove hours to purchase a vehicle from North Point FordIt took another hours to finally be able to leave with the vehicleOur salesman, Mike, assured us multiple times that their top mechanics looked over every aspect of the car and it was in perfect conditionAfter driving home with the vehicle a brake light went out, the a/c started making a loud awful noise, and the car shutters terribly when you take offOf course they wouldn't offer us any kind of warranty and the smallest warranty they offered was nearly $2,so we are stuck with it nowDO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Purchased my new car in July I recall being asked if I wanted the sales tax added into the price, so I never gave it another thoughtCome to find out it wasn't and I ended up paying $in penalty chargesWhen I called and spoke to the salesman he had a tough *** attitudeRobert Mis definitely a salesman to avoid
I would not buy no more cars from North Point Ford if somebody paid me to do so. They are the very worst Ever... And the new GM isn't all he think he is. He make me not want no more cars after paying the one off I got from them. I'm going cash for now on...
We drove 4.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from North Point Ford. It took another 3 hours to finally be able to leave with the vehicle. Our salesman, Mike, assured us multiple times that their top mechanics looked over every aspect of the car and it was in perfect condition. After driving home with the vehicle a brake light went out, the a/c started making a loud awful noise, and the car shutters terribly when you take off. Of course they wouldn't offer us any kind of warranty and the smallest warranty they offered was nearly $2,000 so we are stuck with it now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Several years ago, a rodent chewed some wires on my F150 and my check engine light came on. North Point Ford said we were responsible for the damage that was not covered under warranty. They fixed it to a tune of around $1000. Later, we took it back to them for regular service and they once again said we had chewed wires but we had no problems. I think it is some they did not fix the first time. They were not bare wires, just the insulation was slightly chewed. The service advisor insisted we get this wire replaced for a $1200 cost and we refused. Today, September 20, I took it in for an oil change and check to see why when turning on the AC, the heat came on first for a minute or two (this just started happening in the last month or so) before the air came on. The advisor wanted me to sign for a diagnostic test that would cost me $129 if they did not fix anything. Ford already know they have a problem with the AC/Heat exchange flapper hanging up. This AC problem should be under warranty and does not require their high priced diagnostic test. Why do they need service advisors that know nothing about what they are doing except squeeze more money from the consumer?
