Audio Connection & Communications

The owner of this audio installation establishment is unprofessional and disrespectful to his customers. I have to report that the work done on my vehicle by Audio Connections/[redacted] was totally horrible along with his behavior at the time of pick up. I will be forming I'll be filing a formal grievance against this company through you USAA and any other platforms that will potentially remove his ability from servicing future unknowing clientele.
I was referred to him by my insurance company for the reinstallation of my stereo system in my vehicle. USAA assured me that his service was topnotch and above reproach. The iPod cable that ran in my center console was there but damaged from the break-in... he did not replace it. He replaced it with some HDMI cable and happily told me if I wanted to buy the $49 accessory to make my iPhone work suit yourself! While continuing to yell, he said, "I am not going to replace the part!" This is a part that he already had in store. He also had no intention of coming out with me to the vehicle to see what was done on it.
In the end I had to formally request that Best Buy take the lead on the rest of the proper installation of my stereo system. I had to coordinate a voucher through my insurance company to cover the purchase and installation of the iPod/lightning cable for my head unit. After checking online with Revdex.com it does not surprise me that Audio Connections in Kenosha was not an accredited Revdex.com company. I am writing this in an attempt to ensure other potential clients have the opportunity to make an informed decision prior to doing business with [redacted], the owner of Audio Connections.
