decides to not pay us, we will pursue filing legal action in precinct in Tarrant County for the theft of service.We indeed asked the customer to bring in the vehicle so that we could make a proper determination as to what the issue isDrawing from experience and assessing the symptoms he described it is believed to be a problem with distortation caused by overdriving the radioThis determination can only be made by replication the circumstances and playing the radio the way the customer doesUnfortunately this is a common problem from individuals who indiscriminately play music at a high volume beyond the safe paramaters before distortation causes a speaker to send the radio a dead short signal and shutting the radio downThere are two simple fixes for this problemOne, turn the volume down or Two, use an amplifier to raise the power and safely increase the volume level that the speaker can safely operate atAgain, this can be determined in in person and not over the phoneThe distance a customer travels to our establishment is something that is beyond our control and is simply unreasonable to hold against usThat is a burden the customer takes upon himself when he decides where to go
