I am a new patient at Vaca & Kirby Dental Group and today was my first visit I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I've ever had I was recommended to Dr [redacted] and hygienist [redacted] by my mother I am so glad I listened to the recommendation [redacted] was very informative and knowledgeable about every procedure She thoroughly explained every step in the cleaning and exam process I am months pregnant and she allowed me to take breaks when I became uncomfortable She actually fanned me when I became hot Wow! I didn't know if I was at a dentist or a spa I was given a bottle of water, neck pillow, and lip balm They have thought of everything! Everything is wrapped in plastic and very clean I was under the impression that nothing goes unsterilizedDr [redacted] was very pleasant and personable I am not a fan of the dentist office but I can say that Dr [redacted] and Kristy made me look forward to coming back in months,

Review: This business Audio Experts located on Main St. San Diego, Ca was supposed to be a business that handles body work, audio and sounds systems, and a host of other services as they advertise, but what I found is that they are taking money from customers and providing sub standard service. I walked in there with my dealer representative that sold me my new car literally 1 week prior to repair my cracked side mirror lens. [redacted] and his manager looked at the lens and stated they could fix it and it was no problem bring it in on the following Tuesday. I did that and first of all waited more than 2 1/2 to find out they couldn't install my lighting as they claimed and that they would start working on the lens replacement. Unknown to me thier body work guy didn't come in that day and they put an inexperienced technician on my car that didn't know how to fix it. They never informed me that their body guy didn't show they went forward with the repair with the manager unsure if assigned guy could do it or not. [redacted], the manager there that night stated "I thought he could do it, so I let him go ahead and try it". In the process he disabled the Mercedes-Benz software to control the mirror and it didn't work after that. [redacted] tried to snowball me the next day so I spoke directly to the owner Shawn and he stated that he understood and would take care of it just bring him the bill outlining what was done and we would correct it. I did that on the following Monday and he refused to step up and handle the issue, and as a matter of fact when I called Mercedes-Benz to have him talk to them he ran off and had his assistant come out to deal with me. His assistant said that he left but I was by the entrance where there is one way in and one way out, so he didn't leave he was hiding to keep from dealing with this matter properly. He is a very unscrupulous business man, who will not honor his work or his word even when he has admitted that he was in the wrong.Desired Settlement: I would like for this man and Audio Experts to reimburse me for the time and material labor performed by Mercedes-Benz as their diagnostic is at a cost as well as materials as well as the time lost going back and forth to and from their shop to resolve this matter.

Regarding our customer's complain due to mirror problem:

As he mentioned he and his dealer brought the car to us. like he said he brought the car the day we scheduled him but he was a little late for his schedule. Our shop closes at 7pm every day and he brought it approximately 6.15. And we were working on one another car as he sees. But just to trying to help him we stayed more than our shift time and tried to help him. As he complained he waited 2 hour but we stayed there for trying to be solved his problem. My body work guy called sick and his assistant was there. so after we finish his HID light installation we took a look at his mirror and my guy told me that he cant fix it. And we told our customer that we wont be able to fix without our body guy and asked him to bring it back any time he desired. And they after he came to us and told us that mirror is no longer working and he took the car to the dealer and therefore we suppose to pay his bill amount of $150. Okay, first of all his mirror turn signal was broken due to an accident! he didint even give me a chance to see the mirror one more time and he declare that we borke his mirror. And than he brought me the dealer invoce says "Mirror Turn Signal lens changed due to customers request and re calibrated". SO he goes and tells us that actually we dont have to pay $150 as of he first asked us, but we need to pay half of it becouse actually half of it was the amount for calibration that he believes we broke. And than we heard from our partner dealer which he bought the car, they paid the half of the invoice.

Review: I came to these people to install a stereo on my car and help me with a dvd that's in my car. I recently bought my car but didnt ask how to hear it on the car. this people convinced me that I needed an fm modulator and the owner said he was going to charge me 100 dlls for the stereo and 80dlls for the modulator and said that installation came with the purchase. they tought me how to hear the dvd in the car.I kept having frequency problems so I came back to the shop because I had warranty they've had me going back and forth since march 29 2013 because they said they were going to give me headphones instead. the headphones also didnt work and they got tired of me so I went to get a second opinion. I found out that my dvd has built in fm modulator and that they did not put an fm modulator in my car I was taken advantage of. this made me dissapointed I went to the shop to comfront them and they said "so sew me will see you in court". that is why I am writing you. I also asked for my money back and they said they could only give me 20 dlls back. I dont think this is fair beacuse they didn't put an fm modulator in my car and charged me for something they didn't do.Desired Settlement: I dont want to have anything to do with this company any more.I want a full refund because they charged me for a job that they didnt perform and for them to fill my tank of gas for all the times they made me go back and forth to this place I easily went there a minimum of ten times.

We did install his radio to FM modulator and as he complains we took it off later on and we gave him a headphone instead. But he didn't like the headphone and brought it back and told us that he want to have a full refund and also he wanted to keep stereo and everything. we are selling the Kenwood Brand Stereo he brought from us for $140 and I can show too many invoices with this amount of sale. Also his car requires a dash board kit in order to be installed instead of stock stereo which is another $20. As we told him before, we can refund him $20 regarding his FM modulator. And for the tank of gas he asked us to pay for, he is working a block away from us so he was stopping by on his way to work and that is proves he is trying to take an advantage of us for whole story.

these people are lying they did not install an fm modulator they never went into my car to take anything off after we went back telling them it wasnt working we also went to another place for advice and they told us that our dvd has built in fm modulator and I can prove it does have it... these people are lying and for the gas they know we went in the weekend when I didnt work and had me coming back and forth.also when we bought the stereo and supposed fm modulator the owner clearly told me since he knew me he was going to charge me 100 for the stereo and 80 for the modulaton including installation now they are saying it was 140 I cant believe this people!!! even when we were complaining about the fm modulator not working properly the person who installed the radio and supposed modulator asked us what we were talking about he didnt know we had an fm modulator installed I dont think he could have forgot in like 3 to 4 days then he tried to cover his boss by saying we could just change the channel on the dvd... where the modulator was this whole time he never took anything off the car they never even went inside my car after they installed te stereo or asked me to give them anything back!

Review: I brought my 1965 Ford [redacted] truck to this shop to be fully restored Back in March 2014. I have paid this business more than 9500.00 to date, not including other costs which total over 2000.00 more. The owner never answers my calls and aviods me as much as possible. As of May 2015, very little has been done to restore my truck and it currently sits in the back of the shop lot with the bed and iinterior of the truck filled with miscellaneous parts from my truck and other vehicles in their possession. There has been no effort of from the shop to rectify or resolve this issue. I have made numerous attempts to come to a resolution with the owner only to be ignored or when I do see him blatantly lied too. At this point I have no other option other than legal action and exposing them for the crooks they are.Desired Settlement: I would like my truck back in at least running order and a full refund. I would also like to see this business shut down so they cannot scam other individuals.
