I had audio express install a new stereo and speakers costing me $last yearI just want other customers to be aware of these guysThey have a lot to choose from, but these guys don't know what their doingI have had to go back and forth with them so many times its ridiculousMy speakers in the back make popping sounds if I turn it up to even The stereo freezes on me almost every dayI regret ever going there, I wish I had gone to best buy or somewhere elseJust bewareThere have been other problems, but theres not enough room here to list them all

Salesman said the item I ordered would be in store for pick up, and to show up at 9am to receive a fast installI got here my item isn't here, and after showing up at 9am and paying over $for them to install my stereo and amplifier, I am still waiting for them to finist's nearly o clock making this hours I have been waiting for these two items to be installedI should have bought the parts and installed them myself

I had audio express install a new stereo and speakers costing me $1000.00 last year. I just want other customers to be aware of these guys. They have a lot to choose from, but these guys don't know what their doing. I have had to go back and forth with them so many times its ridiculous. My speakers in the back make popping sounds if I turn it up to even 19. The stereo freezes on me almost every day. I regret ever going there, I wish I had gone to best buy or somewhere else. Just beware. There have been other problems, but theres not enough room here to list them all.

Fantastic Experience...their staff for the installation of our new furnace and AC units were all very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish . They had to contact our local gas company to have them review a new exterior pipe for our furnace, and the representative stayed until the gas company gave the All Good . My husband and I were very impressed also with their cleanliness and their willingness to provide us with the schedule that they were adhering to and the step by step insulation .
Then they also returned with the technician as promised the next day to check that everything was in good working order.
Then as we made a mistake and turned off the gas to our fireplace, they very graciously months later, returned to re-light our fireplace and charged us for only a half hour service call.
All in all ...we totally recommend JC Robinson !! Many Thanks...[redacted]

Called to make an appointment. They don't take appointments, "first come first served, get here when we open". Showed up at 9am when they opened as advised. Left instructions to swap stereo and spkrs from one vehicle to another. Was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. Left to get breakfast - they said they would call when ready. 3hrs later I called for status; was told not ready. Received call at 1:30 that vehicles were ready. Returned to Audio Express, paid $170. got into vehicle and saw the stereos had not been swapped just the speakers. - The sales rep apologized profusely and told me he would get right on it, give him 15 min. I went and sat in their waiting room. After an hour, I got up to check, couldn't get anyone's attention so I went into the back shop area and could see my vehicle still had not been touched. 9am to 2:30 pm for a "30" minute job. Went back inside, said just forget it, give me a refund. After some effort my sales rep said he did not know the procedure for a refund, I asked if he could get a manager. He disappeared into the office. The guy that came out headed my way but was intercepted by a customer. He then proceeded to help the customer pick out a stereo as I stood and waited at the register (which I had been doing for quite some time at this point). I finally called out to the young man I assume was the manager and the only employee who could perform a refund transaction and he told me "you have to wait your turn just like everyone else"...The end of the story is, from 9am to 3:15pm for a job they said would take 30 minutes; they would only refund half of my money so I spent $80 to have speakers installed... the part of the operation I could do myself. UNBELIEVABLY INCOMPETENT!
