The steering wheel controls were unable to be installed in the customers vehicleWe attempted to mail the customer a refund check and twice t was returned to us as a unknown addressWe recontacted the customer and advised of the situation and told them we would leave the check at the store so they
could pick it up at their conveinenceThe customer came in an picked up the refund check and as far as we know this was the end of the situationIf there is something more that needs to be addressed please advise me as soon as possible so we can tend to it

The steering wheel controls were unable to be installed in the customers vehicle. We attempted to mail the customer a refund check and twice t was returned to us as a unknown address. We recontacted the customer and advised of the situation and told them we would leave the check at the store so they could pick it up at their conveinence. The customer came in an picked up the refund check and as far as we know this was the end of the situation. If there is something more that needs to be addressed please advise me as soon as possible so we can tend to it
