We are responding to complaint ID [redacted] Audio Innovations is a Audio/Video Home Automation company since On July 26th [redacted] and [redacted] reach to us to help them with their home remodeling project to automate their Living Room and Master BedroomWe came over and Mrs [redacted] show us the existing Audio and Video equipment that want it integrated, we advised Mrs [redacted] her existing Integra Surround receiver is a recall unit from manufacture, she advised us that she had already sent it in for repair, so we agreed to install a IP base control system to make their existing audio and video devices more functional Two days after installation was completed customer advised us that her system will change input by itself without any notice, we sent a technician out to fins problem, we observed that her existing surround receiver was unable to keep an input commandWe advised customer her existing Integra receiver was NOT functioning correctly, we made some changes on out programming sequence to help customer to have their problem fixed at no changeAfter 2-weeks of installation completion customer reach back to us to ask us to change to another existing receiver they had, we advise customer technician time need to be billed because this is an existing unit of theirs, we also advised customer will fix problem by purchasing a new receiver brand we carried and know they don't have problems and not change laborCustomer denied all services and demanded a refund We refunded customer parts and labor on 10/02/ If you have any other questions let us know [redacted] /President Audio Innovations Inc

I am rejecting this response because:
Facts not accurate- they did not notify us of a recall unit- we told them- they choose to use that unit- we questioned that responseMany other facts (time, issues) are not correct nor would *** return callsThey charged items to bill, not provided- did eventually give refund- dishonest and they did finally when threatened with legal action- give a refundI had the hook up and programming reviewed by another person who indicated it was done incorrectlyOnce that happened- he took his unit backI hope you will still let people know of his dishonest practices even though in the end- I got my money back(Not all of it by the way and he cheated me on the amount for programming- I was just happy to get rid of him)I had another system installed by the person who looked over the system and I am 100% happy with no problems

Customer denied all services and demanded a refund.
 
We refunded customer parts and labor on 10/02/2014.
