Review: I went to AudioHaus on 4/4/14 to have a universal steering wheel adapter installed (in order to make the radio buttons on the steering wheel of my 2005 Honda CR-V work) as well as get a back up camera installed. At this time I paid $220.92 for them to order and install the steering wheel adapter and back up camera. I was told that the part would be in the next week. One of the employees called me the following week to inform me the part would be in on 4/11/14. I said I would be out of town until 4/15/14 but would be in as soon as I return. When I returned they said the part has yet to arrive and would be there on 4/17/14. The part did not arrive until 4/18/14 and I did not get my car in until the morning of 4/19/14. I was called to pick up my car at 5:10pm and was told they were supposed to close at 5pm however the hours listed say they close at 7pm. I was also told they were unable to install the steering wheel adapter as they ordered the wrong part. I arrived at 6pm to find my car out front of the closed storefront, unlocked, with the keys on the floor. When I turned my car on the airbag light was on in my dash display. This light was never on before so I did not drive my car and brought it back to AudioHaus on 4/21/14. They were hesitant to take responsibility for this but said they would look into it for me. I was told they would take it to the dealership on 4/22/14 to have this looked at and determine if they were at fault. I never heard back from them on 4/22/14. I tried to contact them today as it is 4/23/14 and there business phone is disconnected as if they were unable to pay the bill. They still have possession of my car and I am unsure as to what they are doing to resolve the issues at hand as I can not contact them.Desired Settlement: I would like AudioHaus to either refund my money for the steering wheel adapter or order and install the right part. I would also like AudioHaus to replace or repair the issue involving the airbag light as this was something caused by their mechanics.
