I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although the statements made about Audio Midwest trying to contact me were false, I accept this resolution.

We are sorry our customer felt they had
to resort to notifying the Revdex.com. We at Audio Midwest pride ourselves on quality
work, but occasionally something might happen by accident, or we may be unaware
of any damages until brought to our attention. Ownership had discussed with
[redacted] were we stood...

on
helping our customer with his situation. [redacted] said he had left a message to
our customer, stating that the area
of the dash was unrepairable, and customer had both stores phone numbers, as well as [redacted]s
personal cell phone number. We were unaware of the demands for a 7S.00 refund.
We of course have no problem with that. If he had contacted the ownership  we would have cut  the 
check immediately upon hearing his demand. [redacted] said he offered to purchase a
phone holder that the customer said he was interested
in at no charge, but I guess there was a misunderstanding of that. We will issue a checkandsend to customers address on Oct 31t•hOnce again sorry for the misunderstanding.
