This is not surprising, as the boiler would normally not be inspected due to the age and boiler’s warranty expiring. As goodwill, since the boiler’s warranty has expired, we will offer the complainant $150.00 towards the purchase of a new [redacted] Company complete [redacted] Oil boiler. This offer exceeds warranty, because as mentioned above the boiler is out of the limited 10-year warranty.
