I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I was not told they do not FIX radios, I was told wait here ill look at the radioTHEY THEN TOLD ME MY RADIO WAS FRIED AND IT COULDNT BE FIXED I was never told we don't fix radios If they would have said They don't fix radios I would have went to a shop that doesTHEFT BY DECEPTION IS NOT ONLY WRONG ITS MORRALY WRONGThis in Unbelievable! I am willing to send the radio back IF I can get full restitution Otherwise I will go thru the credit card company and get full restitution that way! I want the business owner to make it right! What he is offering me is NOT resolving this [redacted] Bank will take action against this vendor resulting in full charge backThey can resolve it here or I can resolve with a charge back Per the card holders agreement the Vendor must supply goods and services in good faithSince they have not I will receive my money back regardless and he wont receive the radio back in the original boxSo he can easily minimize his loss here or take a total loss plus his merchandiseRegards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Lon at business and the following was relayed: When the consumer came in, the radio did not work at allWe replace stereos, we do not repair themThe consumer gave the okay for the workWe remain willing to refund the consumer the $for the radio returned in the proper condition and we will offer an additional $for the consumer's inconvenience

The vehicle was brought to us with a complaint of the factory stereo system not working. We diagnosed it as the factory radio being broken. We advised the customer the only way to get the syste working again was to replace the radio. Being an older model car with a fairly advanced and uncommon sound...

system in it the customer was advised they did not make any adapters (jumper harness) to modify her plugs for an aftermarket radio (due to it being both advanced for its time and lack of models of the vehicle sold with that system.). After making her aware of the issue she ok'd the work being performed on the vehicle. I originally attempted to incorporate the sub woofer with my radio but was unable to and made the customer aware of that. We offer a lifetime warranty on all labor but unfortunately were a family owned local audio shop so I am unable to do much without the vehicle being returned to me. I would be happy to offer her back the cost of the radio (an [redacted] msrp-$150) plus $50 for the incovience
