I've tried to resolve this (and obtain the fulfillment of our order) through emails and the Revdex.com, however, my supervisor was directed to pass this along to our credit card's fraud department as well as legal counselI'm sorry it couldn't be resolved before that, as it is now out of my hands

First I emailed this seller and asked them why it looked so similar to a product from another manufacturer and if the rated rms output of watts was accurateThey assured me it was rms and far superior to the other manufacturers product which I already had two of and returned due to problemsI decided to take the chance and order this unit for a functionThe add said it was shipping from New York and would be here in no more than daysAfter I made the purchase it took in additional days to reach the shipperThe shipper send me confirmation in that it was shipping out of California and the scheduled date was days to receiveI've been contacted the seller to let them know what the problem was in that I ordered this item because it was shipping from New York and I would have it in time for a functionThey responded back stating there was nothing they could doBy the time I received the unit it was too late for me to use for this particular functionI decided I may use it as a gift so I tested it to determine whether it was Worthy of giftingThere was virtually no FM signalThe Bluetooth sound quality was horrendousThe auxiliary sound quality was also horrendousThe rated RMS output of Watts is far exaggeratedI contacted the seller and requested a return labelThey denied me a return label stating I was responsible for the shipping cost including a 10% restocking feeWhich I immediately disagreed with based alone on the fact that the unit was advertised is shipping from New York and I would have it in days which I did not and that was not the shippers faultI've had multiple conversations with this seller and it seems they cannot get there act togetherEverytime I reply to them it seems I'm speaking to a different persontimes I've explained my problem and I get a generic response from somebody who seems very are hearing these problems for the first timeI don't have the time to go back and forth with a company so unwilling to fix a simple issueI feel it is pathetic of them to falsely advertise and back a product knowing they will make it as hard as possible for the consumer to return a product of theirsI then leave negative feedback on Thier Ebay profile and low and behold a few hrs later I'm receiving a phone call from NYIt's a customer service rep calling about my feedbackWe have a conversation about the transaction and they finally offer a paid shipping label and not to charge me 10% restocking or for initial shipping as long as I removed the feedback immediately I told her I would when I recieved a 100% refundShe was clearly getting aggravated because apparently through all this that company's only priority is to take care of them selves firstUltimately I kept the item and they kept Thier feedbackWhat happened happened and I'd rather take a loss than retract my experience with them

Customer has been send a prepaid label in order to have the items returned for a full refund as we do not currently have the items in stockThanks

"I bought a portable Rockville GB1 PA system for my business. I have an event coming up soon, so it was crucial that I received something that actually worked. One of the speakers had a broken input rendering it useless. I filed a return request on Amazon and heard nothing for a couple of days and filed a claim with Amazon. Finally, AudioSavings emails me and asks me whats wrong with the item (I was pretty clear about that in the return request already). I reply and then get an email with just a return label, no postage. I email them back several times asking for return postage. Nothing. I contact them on Facebook, nothing. So here I am forced to return a defective unit at my own expense (over $100 in shipping), and still nothing from them. Finally, they email me back and tell me they never received any emails from me and I can't be reimbursed for shipping. This is an absolute lie as I have the emails to prove it. Its an absolute con that they force customers to spend over $100 to return an item that can't even work after one shipment.

Hey [redacted],
Sorry for the long delay! we have made a few personnel changes over the last few months and unfortunately the person you spoke to no longer works here. I went ahead and contacted the manufacturer to see if they can ship you the remote. If they can not we will then refund you...

the cost of the remote.
Thank you for your patience and have a great day!

Customer Service [redacted]

The customer was given return information for 2 subwoofers. One was returned previously and refunded for. The second one recently came back and has now been refunded as well. Please let me know if you have any questionsThanks[redacted]

Hi [redacted]. Thanks for your business. After our conversation over the phone on 3/**, which we have recorded, I agreed to wave the shipping charges to send your amplifier back to you, which is against our policy, as it was found to have no manufacturer defect whatsoever, and was in perfect working...

order. As you did not send the rest of your order in as a return, and we have paid to ship this amplifier back to you, I am unable to issue a refund of any kind. I apologize for the inconvenience. As far as the "nickname" as alleged in the screenshot that you attached from you phone, this is patently false. I've attached PDF files of the original correspondence that we sent to you regarding your orders, which obviously does not include anything other that your email address and your first and last name. I've also attached a copy of your invoice for the amplifier that we shipped back to you free of charge for your reference. I'm very sorry that you had to endure such sever bullying as a child, but I assure you that we have no interest of taking any part in that. Thanks again, and have a great day.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The item should not have been defective out of the box. I lost hundreds of dollars an many unnecessary hours in resolve of this matter. The seller takes no responsibility, nor did they seek any courtesy from the manufacture.

Please let this experience stand as an example for any potential customer of what to expect from Audio Savings in terms of quality and service.

The company AudioSavings.com said they have fixed their [redacted] listing to no longer trick customers into thinking we will receive a PAIR of monitors instead of the ONE monitor they end up sending. However, the listing at [redacted] still has it listed as "Pair of Sceptre... MonitorS" in multiple locations on the listing, including the heading as of 12:01pm on Wednesday, January **, 2015. So, that is still false advertising.I do not want to return what we purchased because I have only received half of my purchased order. I ordered a PAIR of monitors, and have still only received ONE monitor. Their mistake shouldn't result in me receiving only a partial order, and then being offered a chance to return it. I would still like to receive the second monitor that should be included when customers buy a "Pair of Sceptre... MonitorS." The seller mentioned offering me a discount on another monitor, which would be the same listing of "Pair of Sceptre... MonitorS," but they never gave me a code or explained how to accept a discount for purchasing another one. On principle, though, having to buy more from a company that falsely advertised what I purchased in the first place doesn't seem fair. Whether they want to fulfill my order or not, they NEED to take down that listing or change the wordage so they stop deceiving us customers.

I purchased a karaoke machine from [redacted] that was sold to me by these people. The machine arrived and didn't work when I plugged it in. It cost $ 215.00 dollars. I went thru [redacted] to return the item and was told I had to deal directly with Audio Savings. I emailed them about the problem and never heard a thing. I called them for a week until someone finally picked up the phone there. They said they would email me a return postage info to send the broken item back to them. When I received the email it was postage due from me to return the broken item to them. I was told at the shipping company it would cost over $ 100.00 to ship it back! I spent another week trying to contact them and again after hours on hold someone picked up the phone. They finally sent me a prepaid return receipt. I took it to the shipping store and paid $ 40.00 in packaging to send this broken item back to Audio Savings. Audio Savings never called me or emailed me that they had received the item back. Finally I called them again (3 days worth of calling and waiting for someone to answer the phone), Audio Savings told me the item was damaged when they received it back from me. Yea! that is why I returned it to you genius. They then said because I didn't send them photos of it not working they could not refund my money or give me a new machine but could give me a few dollars off my next order with them. ARE YOU KIDDING! I would never order anything from these cheats again. My credit card company has since refunded my money telling me that this company has a horrible reputation for pulling this scam over and over on people.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE [redacted]

The customer has been provided with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label to cover the shipping costs, but has not returned the defective item. Once we have received the returned item, we are happy to issue a refund to the customer. We do appreciate the customer's position regarding...

the installation costs, but we cannot be held responsible for this. Any reputable installation shop will bench test any head unit prior to installation to avoid this from happening, as manufacturer defects to happen from time to time with electronic products. It is a well known hustle within the industry for smaller and/or less professional shops to forego this, that way if the item is installed and turns out to be defective, they can easily get away with charging the customer to install, uninstall, then reinstall, effectively doubling or tripling their fee. Again, we are happy to cover the shipping costs and refund the customer for the defective unit, but we recommend that the customer take up the installation costs with the installer, as it was their negligence regarding the lack of any bench testing whatsoever that caused these fees to be accrued.
Thanks.

I really want to share my experience with audio savings, inc. I'm a dj, actually I lived in Utica NY, I saw they products on [redacted] and for the affordable price I decided to bought my first set of speakers with them cause my initial plan was upgrade all my dj equipment, I bought this 2 RPG 15 1000 watts on oct **, 2016. when the speakers arrived, I noticed that one of them was broke in the botton, inmediatly, I contact audio savings customer service and from that moment, I started my nightmare with them. first at all they took 9 days to prepare the shipping label and finally send them back the speakers after that, running out of time with a incomplete equipment for my next party on october ** 2016, I let them know about my situation and what I received back.....this message on my [redacted] account: the Item for replacement is currently not in stock, I'm expecting a ship within 2-3 weeks, also they offer me a exchange to get another product or a full refund for the broken speaker and what about the other one, usually a dj used the speaker in pair not alone, and what about sending back the other one? I can send it at my own expenses plus a charge to send it back. I verify they inventory on [redacted] and they have 5 diferents options available with my same speaker model to resolve my situation at once but no folks, they say that is an inventory error, Really 5 diferent times ? so finally what do I have.....empty hands, loossing more money cause I cancelling my next job on october ** and very upset and frustrated for all the inconvenience that I have experienced. they know everything about my situation with details and they avoid my messages and they do absolutely nothing about it. The people have to know.........
