Sincerely I am sorry for your displeasure and would like to understand why you felt upset enough to register this complaint, and to work together to find way to clear up this misunderstanding. Please also allow me to remind you that my role in the recording session that these tracks were a part of...

has been over since late last year.  As per the agreement entered upon between myself and the band, the sessions which we worked on have been saved on a hard drive which is the property of the band and is in the possession of the band. As I clearly stated at the beginning of our recording work as part of our verbal contract, as well as when you requested the files several months ago, the band is responsible for the data storage. The matter of who has access to the files on that hard drive is matter of the band and I have nothing to do with it. Despite being beyond our agreement I happily sent the clarinet solo files you requested as soon as I was able to. I politely explained that I had been backpacking and was still catching up on my e-mails, or else I would have had them to you sooner.  However, even though it took me longer to get these tracks to you than I would have liked, I did send them only twenty five hours after you sent your initial request. As you know I work multiple jobs that don’t always allow me to be able to send and receive emails or be in the studio to satisfy requests.I sympathize with your situation and am sorry, but I feel your issue to be more with the band than with me. I truly have never meant you any harm. I would love to work with you however I can to resolve this issue.-Jackson M[redacted]Audiosherpa
