As far as their taxing being prepared "wrong" -- not true.  [redacted] & [redacted]'s taxes were completed correctly and they were VERY happy with the refunds.  Unfortunately their was a typo on their bank acct #.  The clients were assured they would still get their refund....

INstead the clients choseto curse out the staff - mind you they called approx 8 times yesterday -and the staff held their integrity throughout it all -- Bottom line- 1 day after the client's abusive behavior.  They will have a check available today- one day after they called us-- as far as fee for tax prep being refunded?  Services were rendered andno refund is warranted.

(5/**/15) with instructions. Also on 5/**/15- same explanation was sent to [redacted], along with additional worksheet- highlighting amount of part of tax amount in question. I have all emails etc. pertaining to [redacted], if needed. Her fee was paid at time of tax prep in the amount of $275. Services were rendered. As far as we are concerned, having all documentation pertaining to her issue, it was handled without any delay on our part.
